I don't know if an aluminum/silicon alloy would work in a computer, silicon is used in computers cause it's got some very specific properties (it behaves similarly to carbon), seems to me alloying it might make it unusable for computing. But IDK enough about chemistry/physics/computer science to be sure. re: shooting into a bendalloy bubble I'd imagine it would have a similar effect as shooting out.

I got the impression that the Shardblade was part of his punishment actually. But that's a discussion best left to another thread lest we derail this one. anyway, I agree that the storms are probably supernatural, but by way of playing devil's advocate I note that it's possible they were originally natural and the supernatural elements are a result of one or more of the Shards on Roshar co-opting them for their own ends. Nearly all-powerful entities can do that.

Atium is made of the pure essence or "body" of Ruin (as Lerasium is the pure essence or "body" of Preservation. Hence why Atium allows future sight.

My personal theory is that Dalinar is going to end up in the 8th order (Resolute/Builder) but that's just me. Although I guess he could end up as a Windrunner too. He's a lot like Kaladin personality wise.

Brandon has said this about Kaladin and Szeth so Szeth isn't getting his power the same way Kaladin is. personally I think the voices are just Szeth being Completely Made of Nuts, but that's just me.

Atium and Lerasium aren't Splinters apparently, Brandon said we haven't seen any Splinters on Scadrial. Shardblades may be/contain Splinters.
