I'm getting bored with making the same recipes. Anyone have a fun new ingredient I should get next time I'm at the store?

I have some dried apricots in the cupboard, and sometimes I'll make this apricot chutney and serve it with baked chicken and rice, but I've gotten bored with that recipe too.

Oh. Well, lemme know if you find any interesting kumquat recipes then! I don't know that I've actually ever had them, so... yeah. I just like the word.

@TwiLyghtSansSparkles Yeah, that's a pretty common occurrence when attempting to make Asian foods at home. :/
