No one reads fiction for a medical diagnosis. They just try to relate to characters. That said I don't see anywhere in this book where it says shallans marriage will fix her problems. She might think that but as we have seen she has issues. As I said before people read between the lines and fill it in with their own views. I don't think it is fair to do that as a way to attack the author. There is nothing wrong with seeing what may or may not be their but to suggest the author is responsible for any poor decisions someone makes is flat out wrong. This is not a medical manual. If that is not what you are saying I suggest you edit your post.

We see things different because we are not automatons I don't see how brandon is spreading false messages. I think most people's problem is that there is not any post marriage scenes to judge shallan by. So then we are all just seeing what we want to see. People don't want to wait 3 years for the result

Would it be more likely that the listeners bodies would be more attuned to storm light then voidlight since it is the original source of investiture for them? So why would they have problems with using storm light?

Ya. I don't think either party is without fault. It is a bit hard to blame modern humans on Roshar. What if you were a farmer and you woke up and your cows were revolting. Is the farmer evil?

Why did the group with kaladin avoid it the second time it came around? I wonder if they go in it again they could possibly be bonded with a Spren. There must be some reason. Maybe they can't yet control who gets bonded with what Spren or something like that. Or maybe it is a permanent bonding and that is why they are called fused.

Walmart is very strict on release dates. The computer system does not let you sell items before release date.

My problem with this is their is no betrayal by the Spren. I thought that was a major reason for the recreance. In think somehow this goes all the way back to the pact itself.
