    Welcome, Sharder! I know your feelings all too well. There is a novella set on the same planet as Elantris, if you're interested: it's called The Emperor's Soul, and is considered his most "literary" work. And if you have not already, I would recommend reading his non-Cosmere works, such as Steelheart, Legion, and The Rithmatist. In addition, there is an unpublished Cosmere novel that Brandon Sanderson will send you. Just email him using the contact info on his site and ask for White Sand! Just remember not to say anything about it on the forums, since speaking of its content is strictly forbidden. Looking forward to your time here!

    Yeah, exploring the apocalyptic side of the Everstorm would be awesome. And a Horneater interlude would be superb. Let's see... another Taln interlude would be cool, if only to show us where Amaram took him. An interlude that tells us the whereabouts of another Herald would be great. Could we see Baxil again? I also think it would be amazing to see a Nalan POV, as it could tell us so much about his mentality and motivation.

    But Nalan hasn't been wielding Nightblood for the entire book. Unless I'm quite mistaken, he didn't have it when he killed Ym, he didn't have it when he targeted Lift. Did I miss a crucial easter egg?

    Dalinar the Blackthorn is a powerful warrior. He has laid waste to thousands of Parshendi warriors. Long before the Vengeance Pact, he was instrumental in uniting Alethkar by sheer brute strength. But Kelsier would still win. Kelsier as a Mistborn possesses far greater speed and versatility. While Dalinar could instantly kill Kelsier with a swipe of the Shardblade, the Survivor of Hathshin would know better than to come too close. He can keep his distance, pelting coins at Dalinar's weak spots from afar.

    Silly Panda. You don't have the proper sDNA to fuel Allomancy. Also, Mistborn is a work of fiction. At least, I think it is. Maybe?

    Yolish heritage? A particular strand of sDNA? We know that kandra don't have any compunction about killing other kandra, so being formerly human doesn't seem to matter. I am curious to know how a kandra would interpret the Contract in an age of worldhopping.

    I hope Vasher gets Nightblood back. Vasher is one of my favorite Cosmere characters, and he has an awesome dynamic with Nightblood. I would love for Vasher to step into the spotlight in Stormlight.

    From a narrative perspective, it makes sense. But I think Szeth could benefit from his puppy.
