Yes. I'll try to get that written ASAP. By the way, I'd rather wait until the next game day to introduce Vapor Snake. I just think it might be a bit too confusing to put it in with everything else that's happening at the moment.

Autumn will not be anywhere in the vicinity when Vondra confronts her. He doesn't want to risk her kidnapping Autumn and porting out of town in a fit of rage. Glamour isn't really the problem, it's more general busy-ness, tired-ness, and a general distracting environment that have kept me from writing anything of late. I'll try to get something up soon. :/

That would be pretty cool. It could be called Calamity's Colosseum or something similar, perhaps? Maybe it could be stationed in Eugene or Gresham.

Darn. It occurs to me that because of Calamity's corruption, Knottier would probably hinder Algaze instead of helping them.

I was thinking the MEE should have sent him to the MoNA. Lightwards and Funtimes would be too occupied trying to file a divorce in the post-Calamity legal system to carry out their plans! It's the perfect avenue of attack.

Funtimes hasn't bedazzled anything of Nighthound's though... yet. I wonder how Brandon feels about repeat questions like that. Does he groan at our obsessiveness, or blush and smile that we love his works so much we pester him about minute details? Maybe I should ask him.

Also, since I'm pretty sure it's a crime for me to start a day without posting something pony-related on the Question thread: I don't know who the human guy is, but I can't watch this video without a certain matter manipulator springing to mind.

Woohoo! With the AMA progressing at a rapid rate, I took another gamble and re-approached the topic of Regalia's weakness, reasoning that since his reason for RAFOing it before was wanting to leave it open for Calamity, now that the third book's second draft is finished we might get better results. And I was right! Here's his response: Brandon: Boy, I do get this one a lot. I'm wary of saying anything until Calamity is out, not because Regalia's weakness is specifically relevant, but because I've found that even the most innocent of things I say can sometimes lead to spoilers. The nature of the weaknesses is a big part of the three book arc of the Reckoners, so I don't want to hurt anything. That said, as I mentioned, Regalia's weakness is not actually relevant. I've just been avoiding the question for reasons stated above. Regalia's weakness was being proven wrong. If you could figure out something she'd done incorrectly, and prove it to her so she couldn't avoid the truth, she'd briefly lose local control of her powers. But I didn't want that book to be about figuring out/using her weakness, in order to distinguish it from books one and three, which use that as the major plot. So I avoided bringing up the idea, or really even using it in the story at all. This confirms what I and several others have speculated, namely that Regalia's worst fear stemmed not from a traumatic experience, but from a personality flaw. It's still awesome to see it confirmed!
