Allow me to express my Odium headcanon in my native tongue: adorable cat memes. Odium is hatred. Like Ruin, he has become the conscious vessel of a single overwhelming emotion, the complete hatred and loathing of all things in existence. He hates chulls. He hates sticks. He hates Roshar. He hates the other Shards. He hates the Cosmere. He hates it when Hoid steals his Nutella and galavants across the Cosmere with it. For that matter, he hates Hoid and the Nutella both equally. He hates everything. He quite probably hates himself just as much. That's just my headcanon, so I may be wrong. Still interesting to think about...

Now that is a prize. I can definitely see that attracting Epics looking for a bit more luxury than they can scrounge up for themselves in a post-apocalyptic world. (Like a certain former figurine collector, perhaps? )

You know, I haven't put much thought into the surrounding farms. Would there be anyone assigned to managing The Dalles' agriculture? I guess Arsenal would work to make sure farmers had access to whatever equipment they needed, as well as the means to contact the City Guard in the event of wandering Epics or bandits.

Good question. I can't think of any specific beverage restrictions that might be in place--I imagine it serves whatever it can brew or trade for. There'd probably be mandatory community service for any minors caught purchasing drinks or committing other such misdemeanors, and City Guard regulations would prohibit Epics or other operatives from overindulging in heavy drink.
