That's definitely not intended. An iPhone user on staff says it works for him on Safari so this might be odd to resolve...

Take the account dropdown menu on the upper right and hit Account Settings, and Signature is right there. (For some reason Account Settings and Profile Settings are different. It's dumb.)

You don't need to worry about tag edits; these will be reviewed by Weiry. That's the "needs reviewed" text, internal to our process generally. We would tag that with Allomancy, not Mistborn. Don't worry about tags right now. Ignore blank events for now. That one in particular has a transcription and we haven't inputted that stuff pre-2014.

1. There will be a copy button as Kurk says that will put the formatting into the forum. 2. Eventually, there will be an embed thing as is being suggested, but that is definitely a while away. It's on the table!

Just to be clear: if you post Oathbringer spoilers beyond the prerelease material (which is extremely stupid and in poor taste; I shouldn't have to explain why that's not cool), you will be restricted from posting until the 14th or potentially more severe consequences. You should have empathy for people who are patiently waiting for the book and I'm not going to be particularly empathetic to people who spoil things. You can wait.

Linking different systems is very complex. Arcanum has its own login system and unfortunately you will need another login, and it will be associated to that account. Logging in works (and you can adjust some settings there), but there's not much for you to do quite yet

That's exactly what we will be doing. You'll have a button where you can add an entry to your saved entries, and you can make any list from it. This is one the main features I'm very sad is not done yet.

Regarding audio scrubbers: Yes! We need these on entry pages. When we have editing for the general populations--where you can just directly submit your suggestions, which we then approve--you will be able to press Edit, which has an audio scrubber on the edit screen. On the front end, we need a overhaul on audio playing which will not be done for a long time. We do not expect people to transcription edit work until we have that system ready.

That's high priority!

A general audio scrubber is a thing we want but that will probably be a mid-2018 thing. We need to basically redo things to do that. Good idea on forward/backwards on events. As for read functionality... That's a nontrivial feature. Mid 2018 at earliest, but I don't think it should be prioritized. I'm also not sure it is truly necessary as when new stuff is out you'll just read the new event once.

I just wanted to quickly say for a moment how awesome all the Arcanists are. They spent MANY hours and evenings going through plenty of audio, hunting down random things on Twitter and Reddit. They are really the rock stars. They are also rock stars for dealing with me being a grumpy manager and pestering them about tasks The Shadowdays of finding WoBs and researching are done, friends. We did it. This changes everything. This is so surreal to me, because I obviously wanted a system like this for so long. There's nothing on the internet quite like this system, to my knowledge, so designing how it should function, along with its look-and-feel, was terrifying. It's brand-new! This is also the largest project 17th Shard has ever done, to code something from the ground-up. It's crazy. Not only was coding intense, but on the input side of things, we basically redid all of Theoryland. How crazy is that? It's finally here for you to see and browse, and it will be around for the duration of the fandom, I assure you. There's still a lot to do. I'll be posting an Upcoming Features topic pretty soon, explaining what we still have left to do. We'll be very open about everything with Arcanum. But it's here, in time for Oathbringer, and that's incredible. Special thanks to Mestiv, who is the true hero. Without him, this would not exist. He changed this entire project and coded this all. What a boss. He's also the nicest guy ever (second to, I think, Brandon Sanderson himself), so you should pour a ton of adoration his way. He got all this audio stuff working. It's incredible.
