It's unlikely I'd dare try and fix it--the Rich Text Editor is, let's say, rather strange at times. It comes from the forum software we use and we're kind of at the behest of Invision Power Suite to deal with it. Maybe I'm old school, but I never really liked the change of the editor to a Rich Text Editor. I much prefer typing the BBCode...

There are multiple new items in Brandon's excellent store. Just in time for Words of Radiance, there are multiple Stormlight related things in the store. You can get both t-shirts and decals of the Stormlight Archive symbol (seen here), as well as the Bridge Four Glyph. You can also get an actual patch of the Bridge Four glyph, just like Kaladin gets in Book Two. Finally, you can get a beanie with Kaladin's slave brands on it. Check out below for images of all the awesomeness. Looking at the Bridge Four t-shirt, it is pretty darn slick. It's hard to zoom in and see, but the Bridge Four symbol there is made up of the Second Ideal of the Windrunners. Sweet! You guys know you can buy signed hardcovers from Brandon's store, right? Including books that are hard to find in hardcover? You can get them personalized, too, and they are very reasonable prices. Also, how are there still Feruchemical Tables left? They are huge and beautiful. Get on it! Yes, we're shilling, but hush. Brandon's redesigned store looks fantastic and there are so many cool things (like jewelry!) you can get. That's especially noteworthy because that previous "most online" was due to a crazy influx of spambots due to a very poor setting change on my part that had been fixed very rapidly. Of course, Brandon did link to the site, so it isn't surprising, but wow. Pretty awesome.

The conversation I had with Brandon about foci was a long time ago, before 17th Shard was a thing. It was before Way of Kings. And I am certain it was before it was announced AMoL would be split. So... Forgive me if we did not take as good of notes at the time. So Weiry, I doubt you will find it in the database, as it happened too long ago for us to really take good notes. At the time, Brandon directly compared Aons, metals, and Commands, and corrected me thinking at the time that color was a focus. He corrected me and said Commands were actually the focus. There's not really anything else pertinent there, but I do very distinctly remember that part of the conversation. I believe he also RAFO'd whether Endowment was "blind" to the Commands, which was my immediate followup question. That said, like you guys, I am also very confused on the overall role of what a focus is... But hey, Brandon made the comparison, not me Again, my apologies for no audio. We did not exactly have things to a science at that point. But trust me, if I didn't remember, I would totally say "hmmm I don't quite remember this". This part of the conversation I remember happening quite well.

I like my Samsung Chromebook a lot. It has overall mitigated my need to buy an expensive Windows laptop (as I already have an expensive desktop). However, sometimes its performance can leave a lot to be desired. If you're watching YouTube and doing anything else, it can get laggy. But for price, it is a great deal.

That's a fairly accurate assessment, though obviously at the lower and higher ends things move much faster.

Oh, those eighty rankings are just the positive reputation levels. There will be new and hilarious negative reputation levels as well. I intend to implement it slightly before Words of Radiance or within a week of its release.

The upvote and downvote system will remain identical. Only the reputation ranks will be different. The new rank levels will end up replacing the old system, but the titles that currently exist will be incorporated into the new one. For example, Knights Radiant will still be a rank, but it won't be at the position it currently is in. The idea is to make the reputation levels much more sustainable for the next five years and beyond. The highest rep level will be much higher, and Brandon won't have it at this current time. There will be much more progression. Right now after Shard, it takes double the rep to get to the next level. In the new scheme, it will be a more linear progression. There will be many new ranks. Some silly, some serious, and some incredibly obscure (but still cosmere related). Again my difficulty is mostly in how I should rate magic users in different worlds against each other
