White Sand Omnibus Cover & Release Date!

I actually really enjoyed White Sand. I think this new edition will make it more cohesive and easier to read! Looking forward to it.

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to it as well. Apparently, while some of the worldbuilding and prologue stuff is from the prose, not all of it is, so there'll be some new scenes and information as well, which I'm quite curious to see

And having the full product there to tweak with will hopefully have let Isaac give everything just a bit more polish.

I've been waiting for this to come out to finally read White Sand. While I love me a good boombox, and have greatly enjoyed the many years of memeing it to heck and back, it will be good to have a version that is fully in-line with canon, as well as all in one package.

Well, he's toyed around with the idea of revising the prose, so maybe not.... screams into void

Yeah I like the new cover! I’m excited for a the lengthy ars arcanum.

I'm definitely a fan of the new cover! (I liked the cover on Vol 1 also, but I like this rendition too!) 

Not sure what to expect since I never made it past Vol 1 for a myriad of reasons, none of which are linked to the quality of the series, but I'm excited for this to release! 

I know I'll be picking it up. The world building definitely didn't come across strongly in the three separate volumes, so I'm hopeful for the additional pages! I'd love to see something like a proto-Ars Arcanum: something like between each volume or issue, share some a Khriss' early notes as she builds towards her later scholarship. 

I have been waiting to purchase White Sand until the omnibus comes out, so I'm excited!  I think my plan will be to make a collection day and buy the Skyward novellas and this on the same day, if possible. (Also, Kenton looks like how I picture Adolin.  That is all.)

Technically we don't know for a fact that Adolin didn't get replaced by an amnesiac worldhopper at some point... and Kenton clearly made it around going off that one street in Luthadel...

Well I have all three already, but you know I'll have to get the omnibus too. Luckily, we've now entered an era where my daughter is into graphic novels, so I can use that as an excuse to purchase it. lol

Definitely getting it. Love the new art, and am looking forward to the realmatics fixes and arcana. 

Will it be worth it if i already have the 3 novels? An arcanum and one additional chapter(and probably just more faces in clouds) doesnt really seem like itll be worth whatever they are gonna charge for it. 

they should price it off the new content only. 85% will be the same

I'll be curious to see if any worldbuilding parts from the prose will be expanded upon, knowing Brandon, the chances are actually pretty high that there'll be something!

Hmmm... It's hard to say for sure... But I'm thinking I'll probably skip this one.

I want to check out that prologue + the ars arcanum pages. But I'm not sure I need to own it.

I have the 3 White Sand hardcover volumes already, and I'm rather fond of them. Not sure if this version will be updated with enough new content for it to be worth the price; each volume I have cost around $25. (Though it looks some of them are on sale/available cheaper now!)

I'm saving shelf space, at this point, for leatherbounds.
