Cara watched Ara head back towards Exodus, longing in her eyes. Ara was leaving now, forever probably despite her promise.

Banishing the thoughts from her head, Cara turned back to Ni. "I'll be right back."

Cara walked over to where The Shadow was talking with the librarian and a stranger. "Hey, The Shadow, how long are we staying here for? Also, who is new person you found?"

"As for rest," said Sef, "you'll have to ask the tower's  owner. I think she's inside. I'll go ask her in a moment. As for people not believing you... Well, maybe you should speak less theatrically." He turned to the Shadow. "He wants some rest, and he says he can prove his claims afterwards. If you'll excuse me, I'll go get Mistress Valzwyn." He then told Mr. Ryan: "Now, if you please follow me, I'll see what can be done for you."
