It's your perception that makes it a mountain. All you can do is just choose to climb it or not. You don't need a reason to be terrified because just doing it is reason enough. (Speaking from secondhand knowledge), it's terrifying. It is change, on a—relative to you—super wide scale. That's life. Change, and more change. If you avoid this change, another'll come around, and it'll be all the worse for you still spending energy worrying over that one change. Seriously, just do it.
