If there is a genuine question, sure, but I am very busy and I cannot necessarily get to you, and you may want to make a topic in 17th Shard Discussion.

2.  Even if this is a thing I have to see, is this a thing better suited to a report? Pinging is not an effective way to communicate matters requiring moderator attention. Reports go to every mod, and I am not on here every day. 

3. You probably shouldn't be annoying just in general. "Hah hah, I'm annoying" is not generally a way to make people like you. I'm sure it's super hilarious and all but... yeah.
