Basically, I'd start by saying a name, then the next person would say a name that starts with the last letter of the name I put, regardless of gender. For example, if we were playing normally, I might say "Derek" and the next person could say "Kayla" The only difference is, we are going to try to only use characters from Sanderson books, Cosmere or not.
