Several goons rushed forward and grabbed Professor X, and began dragging him away.

“Oh, no you don’t.” Isabelle said. Beautifly and Vivion appeared a second later and began attacking the goons. 
 

Meanwhile, Leafeon recovered from the attack quickly did a move called razor leaf toward clefable/ditto. Umbreon quickly did a move called foul play toward Mewtwo.

Team Leader Wish snarled, and Mewtwo rolled out of the way. Mewtwo leaped down and grabbed Professor X, lifting him like a ragdoll, then began to fly away. The Team Scimitar goons barely staved off Isabelle's butterfly-like Pokemon. "Oh, Isabelle, give it up already, or I'll take you, too. Lyell's no longer your concern, and I'm going to find out what exactly he's been up to."

She turned her gaze to Merl and Trevor. "Now, BACK OFF, or be taken into custody. I rule this town."

Stefan rolled across the dimly lit hallway, two goons chasing behind him. Well, that wasn't ideal. He turned around, and they unleashed their Pokemon. But he didn't pay that any attention—he threw his sword down towards them like a spear, and it impaled one of them through the chest, sticking him to the wall. He mentally called it back, and its hilt flew directly to his hand. He whirled around a corner, narrowly dodging a raging blast of fire from some Pokemon behind him, into a more laboratory-style room, which was dark. A couple suitcases stood against the wall.

James gasped as his shadow plunged into him and darkness shot from him. Vapor's grandfather extended a hand, feeding darkness into the stream as well. The beam shot into space and through it, puncturing a hole in reality.

A huge bear clad in spiky armour appeared after a glow of light. It snarled, and then charged Scimitar and Wish.

"There we go," said Vapor's grandfather. "We'd better act quick, before anyone notices..."
