We had a Book of Mormon marathon, listening to the audio on 1.5 speed for two days.

It was... long. The Book of Mormon is great, but that was... long. Also we only got like three hours of sleep, which didn't help.

To me that's almost like... what's the point? I mean, the BoM is best when read carefully, when actually studied. At least to me. I wouldn't like to do something like that cause I don't think I'd get anything out of it. Which maybe other people do, and that's great! Good for them :P

The young men in one of our other wards did that. Over a few weeks, that is. I… don’t know what it was like. But I’m happy cuz a girl in my class brought cookies :)

Conference… how I hope we will have cookies and chocolate and mnmz and cinnamon rolls and cakes and stuff

*defensively* I learn better with sugar, okay?

My guess for this conference is 21 temples:
3 in Utah
2 in Brazil
2 somewhere on the East Coast
1 in Canada
4 somewhere in Africa
2 in Pacific Islands
1 in Russia
1 in China
I have no guesses about the rest

First session is now over!

My brother's needs become mine and my needs become my brother's hit me the hardest out off all what I heard today.

Do any of you all have anything you really liked about conference, that you want to share?

As far as I'm aware, the Church still isn't allowed to operate inside of China, so building a temple there is extremely unlikely.

I thought they built a small one that had a lot of restrictions because the Chinese government let us a year ago.

Well, there are two-ish already in China (Hong Kong and Shanghai). We have some of the best access into anti-christian areas of all denominations. However, China probably won't let us add another.

That‘s true.

That was a great session!

I loved President Nelson's talk.

It was amazing and I felt the spirit so deeply that I started to cry tears of joy.
