Well, you see, ummm, spren are cognitive representations of objects that have been personalized by humans, right? So, ummm, BEARDS.  That's right, BEARD SPREN.  They have to exist somewhere.

OKaaay.  Well Then.  humm.  Not to be sexist, after all Shallan DID bring this up.  What about Menstrual Spren?  Looks like a little Mother Cultivation and visits once a month?  Also known to leave this expression on men's faces.

But the real question here is what do these spren look like? Are the hairspren just mini floating wigs? If so, does that mean the beardspren and the mustachespren are floating beards and mustaches? Can you style them? Can you bond with them?

And in case you can, if you bond an I-really-need-to-pee spren do you get a perpetual need to pee? Or do you give it to others? The latter would be really useful in the battlefield.

Nope.

Their appearance varies depending on your interpretation of Ideal Facial Hair.

Perhaps a Goatee, Fu Manchu or completely untamed Face Mane... Observation does have an observable effect, after all.

So far we havent seen any spren of Body-Parts, which makes sense because Spren are things that are being anthropomorphized as separate entities, and beards are still perceived as characteristics of a given person. 

Now, something like Fashion-spren or Style-spren representing the more abstract personalizations (with individual spren representing individual trends even?) or perhaps the underlying emotion might work.  I could see it manifesting as something similar to Artspren/Creationspren, being as similar and yet as distinct as Art is to Architecture.
