imriel452
Read Adrian Tchaikovsky’s “Tales of the Apt” series for crab people, wasp people and all sorts of funky characters!
Gasper he/him
Do you think Singers taste good? Say boiled and served with butter and cocktail sauce?
Torchwood17 he/him
Weren't the guards from the alien space station in Skyward described as being like crabs? Did Sanderson in that quote say it was something from the Cosmere?
Ripheus23
I think he implied that he has yet to put crab people in a story, which implies that my crustacean-theory of the singers/listeners/w/e is wrong

Did Sanderson in that quote say it was something from the Cosmere? He didn't but the WoB is from a signing on the Skyward tour so I'm pretty certain he isn't refering to any of the aliens from that work. xD

imriel452
Mental Theory: Yolen is destroyed by the fainlife so the Yoleni/Yolenites flee underwater, and over time, they divide into the Lobsters and the Crabs. Adonalsium is a concept of the crab people and the lobsters plan to destroy it with their specially evolved claws, hence Brandon’s comment that the weapon that killed Adonalsium is still around, just not in the same form...
