I did Singing in the Rain and had to wear character shoes (heels) for two days straight 9am-10pm my feet have never been so sore. Yeah that sounds rough. I once was in a performance where I had to do a 10 second costume change backstage. Both characters had formal dresses with corsets. Because it was such a fast change, I had to wear one on top of the other. (And then I had to dance in one of them).
