It's been a while since I timed a mile. 2 mi: 16ish minutes. 3 mi: 24:24

3 mile time: 24:24 ish

she doesn't know the others

The most she's ever run was ~8 miles. She also hikes really fast. She got to the summit of mount timpanogos in less than four hours.
