Excellent. I could have just made furniture with piles of tsundoku. Although eventually, I would have read at least some of them.

I believe we have @Ace of Hearts posting this week as well, and I'm hoping to get back into things--probably this week isn't realistic, but next week I can hopefully start chipping way a little bit.

Connor emailed me today (while I was at work, unfortunately) saying that he never got my latest submission in his email. Did I do something wrong and nobody got it, or did it get lost in his in box or spam filter? If you got it then presumably it went out to everyone.

The most recent ones I have from you are from this morning and one from July 28, so yes, looks like your subs have been going out to everyone. Spam filters are probably the most likely culprit.

Right now I'm still poking people who have the current version for feedback as I was hoping to get a few more responses back, but one of my readers just had a baby and the rest are getting back from Worldcon, so we'll see

The folks coming back from WorldCon should be good in a couple days. The one who had the baby might not be ready for another 20 years. My oldest is 28 and still lives with me.

lol. To be fair, I was 37 when I finally bought my new place and moved of my mom's just now... but for very many of those years, she hasn't needed to do much except collect the rent

I suspect I have a bit too much revision work ahead of me to submit the short story I was loosely thinking of for tomorrow, but I'm aiming for the next couple of weeks to submit something... and hopefully start getting caught up. (I probably won't catch the Uncanny submission window this time, alas!)The move/reno/family medical stuff should calm down after this... but collective bargaining is ramping up, so we'll see how that works out for me
