Yeah, if Aradan (my character) finds out where Eza actually is, he can attempt a rescue.

Great! Reading through his character sheet, he seems to be easily manipulated, which definitely plays to Eza’s strengths.

@Steel Speedster, Eza would steal anything that is shiny. I’d suggest maybe a hemalurgic spike, since she’d also want to take those off of the hands of anyone else so they can’t use them, but that feels like introducing a powerful item so something else might be better.

A spike is the most obvious option. I did have one other possible idea:

I will say that Saitaku would instantly steal that, not caring for the consequences if he knew that existed. (For obvious reasons)

Atium is a good idea, she’d be really fascinated by it since she would’ve never seen that metal before. She can also detect anything made of aluminum by the absence it causes in her ironsight, and would be curious enough to steal something encased in aluminum too (it would make sense for them to carry atium in aluminum, I think).

Would you say that it’s common for people in the organization to have spikes, or feasible for anyone transporting the atium or imprisoning her to have spikes? That would influence her perception of them pretty heavily (though she’d steal the atium anyways).

Edit: @Mistfallen Soldier, I was thinking that Eza would steal the atium as it was being transported across the city, perhaps before the organization truly got their hands on it. It wouldn’t be super likely for her to break into their storage or anywhere they keep their goods secure.

There's a decent number of spikes floating around in this organization. Most of the average grunts are not spiked, but 10 - 20% or so have one.

Alright, good to know. I’ll say that she encountered one of them while she had still had access to iron, so that would change how she thinks about them. Would now be an ok time to post in the era thread or would waiting for a different moment work better?

Alright, I’ll go ahead and post then. I will note that Eza will be very unwilling to work with Saitaku once (if) she gets out of the prison and discovers his spikes (which will 100% happen once she gets iron, unless he has a way of hiding them from a savant’s ironsight), unless he’s very very persuasive.

Btw y’all: I can commit to getting characters approved within the week and interacting with folks that want to RP, but I am currently unable to be the facilitator of the Alleyverse. I had hoped @Akimikoisthecutest would have been able to do that, but that seems to have fallen through. If someone else wants to step up that would be much appreciated. I’m currently working hard on promoting an MTG format that I’m a committee member of and helming their YouTube channel, and that’s all the energy I can devote to leading a thing while I am also a full time college student.

Largely the main thing is to poke folks (like you just did) and keep things a moving. Work to get people connected and RPing and help increase communication between players. It’s not a difficult task, just one that requires vigilance that I don’t have atm.

@Koloss17, is Perses thinking that Aradan is using hemalurgy? If so, is he mistaken or correct in that assumption? If he’s correct, I need to change Eza’s response cause it would be pretty different.

I don’t think Aradan is spiked. Saitaku is, so maybe it was a mix-up.

Aradan is not using hemalurgy. He has a Malwish medallion that gives him allomantic iron.

He is not wearing any sort of disguise, as he doesn't feel the need to in this part of the city.
