For one thing, Tena knocked Naermen out, and grabbed all the metal off her. Your character cannot think and act while unconscious. Also, all those ants would be dead, and she needs to be touching Tena or Mace in order to use the pain-rial at all. Mace was standing several feet away, and Tena wasn't, but Naermen was unconscious and therefore couldn't use it anyway. Also, Tena didn't cause enough pain to make herself lose consciousness. The blow was what knocked Naermen out, and that would have given her a concussion that wouldn't let her think clearly enough to attack me and Mace anyway, even if she wasn't unconscious.

Ax, Gancho used a Bestowers Lens, not a painrial. Also, Gancho didn't get a chance to react to being knocked out. THAT is godmodding. Naermen has both a boon and a curse from the Nightwatcher, and her curse is that whenever Investiture touches her she feels extreme pain. Essentially you would have been knocked out. Naermen also would not have been knocked out because she has perfected resisting pain.

Let's just redo the fight from when Tena arrived

A very important part. 

The Soul cannot be divided, each wisp of it contains all aspects, it is not a solid figure. But one piece of Naermen was torn free.

The beige was weakened. Such an effort consumed it.

But the mist had won.

Tena calmed herself down. An intense fight had just gone on inside her head, and it was driving her crazy. 

She looted Naermen's corpse, since she doubted that the woman would mind, what with being dead and all. She got some stuff that she didn't know how to use, but kept it all anyway. 

"Rage is a magical thing," she muttered to herself, and to the conflicting voices in her head. Mace looked like he could hear them too. "Shut up!" Tena yelled at the voices, waving at Naermen's corpse. "If she didn't want to be dead, she wouldn't be! That's the magic of the Alleyverse!" 

The voices shut up at that, then their presence disappeared from her mind.

The fragment would contain all of Naermen inside, but much less powerful. It was all the mist needed.

And suddenly, all of Naermen's possessions, all of the ones that were cool, promptly exploded before Tena could get them.

It was Decay. Now, lets kill. Kill like we've never killed before." He used division to destroy the flesh off the creatures before him, dropping only bones and spikes. The amount of spikes he would have when he was done.... the blessing spikes alone could create Kandra for 20 generations...

Yeah. no. Vin was drawing in the mists when she had access to that powerful allomancy, The only times someone had been able to push on internal metals or spikes are when they are mistpoint. In either case, it's either that they have possession of the bands of mourning, is the Lord Ruler or is in the process of ascending to the shard of preservation.

Archer has expressed that he thinks Mace should die soon.

I suggest you redo the fight.

First of all, all of Brandon's magics are in the Alleyverse, and have been since the beginning. We're not going to stop people from using magic that they want to just because other people haven't read it.

At this point, it's slightly irrelevant, because Gancho decided to roll with it. But still something to keep in mind for the future.

 Kane turned to Storm. 

"Hello, sir! Just cleaning up here."

He turned to Naermen's body and frowned, then turned to Tena.

"Well, the abominations, anyway..."

He turned back to Storm. Mace hopped back on Kane's back and they grew the suit once more. 

And the three charged back into the battle.

[Life&Death]

Soul faced the Phoenix and tapped all the heat from the shield in one instant while also tapping health from the rod. Heat exploded from him, ionizing the air and engulfing both him and the Phoenix in a massive explosion. 

Soul grunted pain flooded him. His eyes smoldered in his head, so he was unable to see how effective his bomb was in killing the Phoenix.

The sheild, now completely drained of heat melted and coated Soul in boiling metal. The only thing keeping him alive was the goldmine he was tapping. As it was, his arms and legs burnt and charcoaled before bursting apart. The rod started melting, adding to the intense pain Soul was feeling.

”Goodbye Elefthera.” He whispered. “I’m sorry.” Health empty from the goldmind, Soul disintegrated into ash, his spike that kept him alive melted, all saving properties no longer in affect. Soul was completely, and irreversibly, dead.

 

Elefthera paused as the sky shone gold as a massive explosion lit up the air. She had led citizens away from the fighting. Saved them from the horrors that were occurring throughout the city. 

“Goodbye <Redacted>. Goodbye Soul.” She whispered. She felt the bond between them strain, and then shatter as Soul died, more completely then before. El closed her eyes and returned to Shadesmar, unable to manifest as before in the physical world.
