Asking the real questions over here.

I'm going with "all of them" because they were travelling together.  Galladon might have innate resistance; but I get the feeling that away from the Dor he is quite able to catch a cold.  Seems like there's also a decent chance they were all immune to its effects (or had antibodies fighting it well enough) that they didn't notice it; but on Roshar there was nothing to stop it.

I've always suspected that they didn't know they were carrying it, since the 17th Shard has a non-intervention policy, and if they were of sufficient Heightening or otherwise Invested, they could easily carry it without realising.

Of all of them though, I'd probably guess Demoux, since Scadrial is the closest Earth analogue we have, and colds/flu/sniffles are seen when Wayne is storing Health, but I don't think we've seen any similar diseases on Sel or Taldain, so Galladon and Baon are less likely, in my opinion.

(Though that being said, Galladon is away from Sel/Elantris and is presumably not glowing, so isn't chugging from a Dor-flask, so his immunity to disease might have faded... And if I recall correctly it was the microbes in the sand of Taldain being exposed to the Sun that invested it, so who knows what Baon may be carrying... And they DID speculate on the purported magicalness of the fish, presumabley knowing about Aviar...)

We don't really have enough to know, but my guess is Demoux for now, anyway!

I think Baon. He's the oldest and the least invested (though atium probably doesn't really do anything health-wise).

But they were probably all asymptomatic, as their immune systems could deal with it quite handily. But they did eat and drink, and if the cook didn't thoroughly wash the utensils and cups and so forth carefully, then that was probably the method of transmission.

The Purelakers all got sick in common cold after the visit from the worldhoppers. So who had the cold: Baon, Galladon, Demoux, or all three?

They all might have been unwitting carriers in the same way that the Spanish unwittingly brought disease to the americas.

I just feel I should point out here, the Spanish didn't bring disease to the Americas, they brought new and interesting diseases to the Americas,  but not all disease.

I'll stop being pedantic now

Were those three confirmed to be the ones that brought the cold to Roshar? I had always assumed it had happened earlier in the past.

The common cold has a very short incubation period (three to five days from infection to the appearance of symptoms) so if it was brought to Roshar before the Purelake interlude, there should have been signs of it well before Dalinar first hears reports of a 'plague', even if you assume that the elevated Investiture of Rosharans helped stave off the onset for a time.

Now, the WoB we have about the origin of the plague doesn't specifically say it was those three but only mentions that it was worldhoppers (as a paraphrase, it's possible Brandon was more specific at the actual event) but given the aforementioned incubation period and the fact that the 'plague' is confined to a single region where we know three worldhoppers were present and it's a pretty safe assumption that it was those three regardless.

I never made the connection, but it makes sense.

I'd say Demoux as he is (was?) probably the least invested of the three (considering how hard it is to get your hands on atium, specially after the consumption spree). Galladon is unlikely as he probably has to drink Aon-juice now and then, which would kill the cold in an instant. So most extreme case, Demoux and Baon.

I've seen references to atium in reference to worldhoppers? Did I miss something

Demoux, an atium misting, is one of the three Worldhoppers we see in the Purelake interlude in WoK and is presumed to be one of the people who brought the common cold to Roshar.
