I... my memory is not what it once was. But... yes, I remember now. She is an acolyte- or was. It has been a long time... I imagine she is an acolyte no longer.

The guide was silent for a long moment. In the days when Silence ruled, such a thing would have been impossible. But he does no longer. I fear... I fear that in his absence... Oh how we have fallen...

The guide gasped. Her hair blew back, revealing her face- with only smooth skin where her eyes ought to have been.

You must find them, she gasped, lunging towards Shoe.You must find her. You must destroy her. Take this. If any remain, perhaps they will help you.

A red origami flower spun from her fingertips and floated gently down in front of Shoe. The guide leaned back, her posture relaxing. 

And then she was gone.
