It was very confusing.

Szeth decided it wasn't confusing enough, so he started ripping out peoples' hearts and eating them.

This actually wasn't confusing, as Szeth often did that.

Everyone screamed.

In joy, as the wars had ended, then in despair because the line stretched from Kholinar to Urithiru.

There was much crying.

There was much cutting in line.

[Szeth Pancakes he/they]

There was much murder.

Directly related to the cutting in line.

[Szeth Pancakes he/they]

And to Szeth's eating of hearts.

[NameIess]

Nameless was disturbed by Szeth's heart-eating obsession, but he decided to be perfectly rational and... BURN THE WITCH.

Szeth, however, weighed much more than a duck.

Fortunately, Nameless didn't get that reference, so he had no problem getting a mob together to tie Szeth to a stake.

Ene was having trouble striking a match, though.

So Nameless cracked out the flamethrower.

[Szeth Pancakes he/they]

Szeth grinned, snapped his bonds, and punched Nameless in the face.

Ene stole the flamethrower while Nameless was distracted and launched into the sky to start step two of her evil plan. 

(I do know what this plan is, not just rambling.)

The mob of people screamed. Especially the one who was turned into a newt (but got better).

Nameless growled at Szeth and pulled out a hammer and stake.

Szeth temporarily murdered Nameless with his murder powers.

Sequence was sad nobody recognized the reference to the same movie that Szeth had referenced.

(Szeth hadn’t actually watched the movie, just heard a friend quote the script of the play.)
