Now, back to the plot.

The plot gave up. It didn’t want to be the same cliched scenes and stories.

[Lunamor she/her]

So it turned into different cliched scenes and stories.

Once upon a time, there was a pancake named ten. He was teased by all of the other pancakes for not being fluffy enough. 

[Jaywalk he/him]

He had a friend named Waffle. He was eight years old.

[Ghanderflaffle she/her]

Then the plot rebelled and wanted to go back to the old ways. The plot invited Lift over and Lift ate Ten and Waffle.

[Lunamor she/her]

It was rather horrifying to watch. Lift had syrup dribbling down her face, and batter was everywhere.

Like any psychopathic father, Kelsier approved.

[Jaywalk he/him]

Max and Jasnah left the room to throw up.

Vin just shook her head and smiled.

Star wondered how Vin was still alive. But then, Kelsier too was alive against all odds so she figured reviving Vin was fine.

Narrator Ghanderflaffle reminded Star that Vin had been alive for a number of pages.

It was still implausible, Star argued. Then she gasped. Where was Elend!?

[Jaywalk he/him]

Elend was...well, let’s not get into it. Much too complicated.

[Ghanderflaffle she/her]

"I believe Elend is still dead." Replied Narrator Ghanderflaffle.

But Waffle had been heartlessly murdered just a few posts ago.

Kelsier realized that Waffle was actually Elend.
