Huh? A bit has happened from his perspective since then, would it work if Atreides watched the two fight and then followed him when he ran away?

His hair turned blue, his eyes turned into snail eye stalks, and his feet changed to turtles.

The wind giggled.

Bob hastilly looks around the room with his snail eyes and walks over to the nearest shelf on his new turtle feet. He noticed there was a bottle that reads "Get Better Serum". Bob looks at the back, sees that the prescription amount is 4 drops, and promptly pipettes 4 drops of the Get Better Serum into his mouth. Slowly, his hair, eyes, and feet return to normal

yeah

that works

Atreides stood at a distance, watching the two duke it out. As fun as it was, he had a job to do, and when Inkwell ran, he followed.

Inkwell finishes the drawing of the Wind and the background. A true masterpiece. He feels his Splendorlight surge slightly. Then he notices the figure approaching in the real landscape. He tears out the drawing from the notebook and throws it into the air for the Wind, and turns to meet the newcomer, Atreides. “Why are you following me? You looking for trouble?”

Not yet.

The newly stone-turned-Mordite suddenly constricted with a deafening crack, as pieces splintered and slid out of place. The floor erupted unevenly beneath everyone's feet (I honestly lost track of who's there or not lmao) and the room became much, much smaller.

@NameIess @Aeoryi

The Guardian, Malevolence, and Fog

The Guardian raised a hand and reformed the sandy landscape.

Let me know

Okay so everyone else left then?

cool

She growled. Fine.

The Mordite crumpled up and down and around Malevolence, trapping him and leaving little room to move, if any at all.

The peddler comes back, fuming. “Ey! You can’t take that without payin’ for it!”

"This one interprets things very literally," Magenta said to Center, "he doesn't seem very bright now, does he?"

Center sighed. "There is more than one way to complete the challenge. But many are obsolete or... not necessarily easier."

He plunged the blade into the ground before continuing. "I could, for example, offer you to-"

"Violence is the only answer," Magenta interrupted suddenly, "Because this blade will only ever be used for violence, it must go to the One Most Violent." Plot Significance was drawn suddenly out of the sand, crackling with pink energy. Center didn't audibly disagree with what Magenta said. The Guardian lifted the blade and charged towards Malevolence again.

Ribbon waited.

Malevolence raised Darkseeker in a defensive position, but did not yet strike. “Please continue what you were saying. I am curious as to alternate methods of testing.”

Caught by surprise, Malevolence was trapped. He growled, maneuvering Darkseeker awkwardly in an attempt to cut himself free.

It constricted further, pressing in on him with increasing amounts of immense pressure and attempting to crush his armor with him still inside.

Fog watched from the outside curiously.

Malevolence gave up on cutting himself free, instead quickly entering a set of commands into his armor. He couldn’t use the teleporter without modifying his armor’s energy signature to power down the localized Ennuling field, and couldn't power down the Ennulling field without his armor being destroyed by the Mordite. That left him with only one option.

The helm and shoulders of Malevolence’s armor exploded outwards, shattering the Mordite above him and allowing him to eject upwards from what remained of his armor.

The villain fell through the air, landing in a roll as the remnants of his armor powered down and teleported away. He struggled to his feet, hefting Darkseeker before him. No armor with which to fight the Guardian will be dangerous. He thought regretfully.

Inkwell shrugs. “Already met him. He’s quite boring, in my opinion. Do you have some sort of soul binding contract with him? I don’t see why you would serve a villain who not only wants you dead in the end, but also everything else in existence. Are you suicidal?” He pulls out his notebook and practices drawing spheres. “And hey, if Malevolence wants to be my messenger, if that’s what you mean by ‘speak for you’, tell him I’m not in the business of being an evil warlord and therefore am not hiring any servants at this time.”

The Guardian's Magenta head let out a shrill laugh that echoed throughout the battlefield. Malevolence's predicament was quite unfortunate.

"I would've offered for you to join the Guardians of the Plot," Center head hissed at his crippled form, "but it doesn't look like you're quite fit for the cut."

Fog sighed. She knew it wouldn't be that easy, but regardless, watching him be crushed would have been very satisfying.

So boring, she sighed, feeling increasingly apathetic for some reason.

No, not for just some reason, she corrected herself.

Mordite shot from the ground every time he stepped, grabbed onto his feet well enough to at least make him stumble, while at most trapping his foot and growing up his leg as it attempted to encase him.

I’d prefer if you get that out of my face.” He rolls his neck and snatches a few innocuous metal spheres that appear out of thin air as he finished practicing his shading. “You can leave, now. Bye.”
