Moni picked up the remote and turned off the tv. “Nameless’s house.”

"Oh." The man looked at his feet. "Who... am I?"

Moni shrugged. "I've forgotten your name. Don't you know it?"

"No," replied the man, still staring into the ground. "I was... forgotten."

Moni frowned. "That's terrible. Still, at least you're here now. Not completely forgotten yet."

Moni glared at Platypus. "Who do you think you are, pushing people around? That chicken might have something important to say."

"It has yet to speak, much less say something important.  And as for who I think I am, I'm Platypus. I'm not saying that's a reason to push people around, but that's who I am. Also, that wasn't a person. And I'm leaving, so, if you really want it here, you can let it in."

Moni pointed her dagger at him threateningly. "You'd better be leaving. If I see you here again..." She trailed off, eyes focusing on the blade in her hands. With an annoyed sigh, she dropped the thing to the floor, where it disappeared, reappearing back in its sheath at her side. "I have a feeling that the chicken was going to say something. You Narrators are too eager to control things."

"I already said I'm leaving. But not because you don't want me here. I'm leaving because I have better things to do than sit here and patrol your house. Or really, Nameless' house." His Blade, Vengeance, briefly flickered in his hand with a soft glow, then disappeared again. "I need to prepare and regain the strength I've given away. This place might be turning upside down soon. That... thing I gave power to is going to be hard for Rym to defeat, and if he fails, I need to be ready."

He walks out the door, and closes it as he leaves.

Platypus yells over his shoulder. "You might want to prepare too! I won't be protecting you if it comes to that, so... Make sure you're ready. Oh! And have fun with the Welch grasshoppers!"

Then he teleports to his Platypus training realm, to train with the spirits of his dead ancestors.

Moni stares blankly after him, having no idea what she's supposed to be preparing for. Surely nothing more dangerous than she'd already been through.

The Unreal Space

The ally approaches the inspector. "I would like to stay here and learn more about the unreal space. Onyx told me to talk to you for this. Is this acceptable?"

Kilometers exits the unreal space and leaves Onyx's realm.

Moni sighed again. "Narrators. Hey! That reminds me. I think I know your name."

The man perked up. "You do?"

Trlc strutted back in and clucked, affronted.

"I don't suppose you remember who I was, do you?"

"Squuuaaaaaaaaaaaakkkkk" said Trlc. It ruffled its feathers, eyeing the man intently.
