Meanwhile, Nin was making a deal with the devil.

the Devil was actually being quite hospitable down in heck.

Meanwhile, Thaidakar wondered what would happen if the Devil became a recurring character.

Nin shared none of these concerns. “So you’ll agree to free my apprentice if I collect this soul for you?”

"Yesssssssss." Hissed the devil named Foe.

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

the Devil slapped Foe then rasped, "indeed..."

“Very well. Do you happen to know where this person is? And what name he currently goes by?”

"He is know to all as Butt Venture."

[NameIess]

"Butt Venture? collecting his soul will be... difficult."

[The Wandering Wizard he/him]

 "That is why you must collect his soul."

[NameIess]

"Yes, I know. Very well. I will collect this soul, and in exchange, you will free my apprentice from his foolish bargain."

"This is the final agreement." The devil said.

[NameIess]

"Done. I'll have your soul within a week or so. Probably. That's not a binding part of the agreement, just in case it takes me fifty years or something." Nin stood up, shook the devil's hand, and walked out the door to go collect Butt's soul.

Since there had been no chortle juice at his party, Butt's 2,000 page party was still ongoing.

It broke up pretty quickly once Nin kicked the door down, katana held at his side and lightning flashing at his back.

Only a few people were left and most in a drunk stupor.

Nin walked up to Butt and punched his soul out.

This did not stop But from moving or doing anything, it just made him do things for the wrong reasons as his soul was gone.

He didn't really notice it was gone.
