Kaladin will be alone cause he need no one cause he has Sylgirl.

Oh, now that you mention that...

Yeah, I'm predicting that. Syl is gonna figure out how to fully enter the physical realm and then we're gonna see if a human and a spren can get children.

That might be one of the weirdest premises for a romance movie I've ever seen. Also, I fail to see how any satisfying conclusion could be accomplished... Unless... Yeah... That would be weird.

The ending story arc is Shallan learning to love herself again. Audio cue audience "awww." Lights fade to black. End Scene.

Also i predict the pairing thread will be the biggest one in the entire OB spoiler section. in Gandalf voice Prepare for battle.

I think an older women (Dustbringer) could get Renarin out of his shell (See what I did there?).

Renarin: Hi, some people think I'm weird. Others think I'm creepy.

Malata: Dalinar is weirded out by my smile, and yeah, Shallan doesn't like me either.

[Renarin grips his fidget box tightly]

...Yup, I can see it. This is a good one.

You'll be unhappy.

Q: Can somene be born half-parshnedi or maybe even half-spren?

A: The Horneaters and the Herdazians are both descendants of Parshendi/human interbreeding. Spren do not reproduce biologically. As such, the term "half-spren" is basically meaningless. You could argue that the Parshendi, when bonded to spren, are part spren--as are many creatures on Roshar, if they have a spren symbiosis.

Typically, spren aren't fully in the physical world, though. I mean, if you can move your hand through a spren, then that spren isn't actually made out of particles. If you would have a spren that is made out of particles, then things might be different.

In the CR, Spren are physical enough to be spiked. Spoiler for Size

Spoiler

Brandon Sanderson

Yes, you could steal the Investiture of a Spren. Any Investiture can be used in a spike if you know what you’re doing. It’s actually not that hard to use one on a Spren.

Oversleep

Because I thought you said Hemalurgy needs moving blood.

Brandon Sanderson

It needs, uh, yeah… there are places where Spren have more physical form, more tangible form.

Questioner

The Cognitive Realm on Roshar?

Brandon Sanderson

Yeah, if you go to the Cognitive Realm on Roshar the Spren act differently than they do.

Oversleep

So you could spike in the Cognitive Realm?

Brandon Sanderson

Yeah I’ll leave a RAFO with you on that. That’s your fifth one. So there are ways to get any Investiture into Hemalurgy if you know what you’re doing.

I'm also aware that he said that Spren don't reproduce biologically, not that they can't. However, Brandon following that up with "As such, the term half-spren is basically meaningless." should be clear enough.

My imagination just draw the Malata/Renarin scene with Malata encouraging him screaming "Weirder! Weirder!"

Venladin (Venli and Kaladin).
Of the many reasons for Kaladin's time with the escaped parshment, one is so obscure, it's almost like it's not even there. He's going to have feelings for Venli. He's starting to see the listeners as people. He's empathizing with them. He's going to help lead and protect them, just like Kevin Costner in Dances with Wolves, Zak in FernGully, and Jake Sully in Avatar. In doing so, he'll help redeem one Parshendi who has been broken by her ambition. Kaladin may hate lighteyes, but that's not going to be a problem in this relationship. The WoB everyone will want is whether their children will look more Horneater or Herdazian. RAFO!

Now that the book is out, can I revive this ship? I mean, Venli is now a Knight Radiant, and Kaladin's connection with the Listeners/Singers just makes this seem all the more likely.

I'm calling it. StickXHoid. Here's the thing. Hoid is many people. But the stick is a stick. They are the perfect pair. Between them, they have the chops for any situation. Besides, do you have any idea how much Hoid could learn from the stick. He is not a stick. But the Stick is a Stick. They could spend hours of philosophical discourse on being a stick, and in the end, Hoid can learn the one disguise he has never truly mastered: Being a stick. How do we know he hasn't mastered it? Because he is not a stick. Together, they can overthrow the shards, combine the power into the only vessel who deserves to handle it, and give people their new, perfect god:

STICKDONALSIUM
