My brother!? Why did that happen...I'll have to wait till PMs are opened I guess?

That's dumb.

I would say they assumed he was the Ringleader, but I don't see why STINK wouldn't have just told them their identity, given the fact he just confirmed for everyone in this game that he chose their side.

So, so, so mad. I knew we should have lynched him D1. I knew it, I knew it, I knew it.

Oooooooooooooo he stole your vial? <_< @Amanuensis

He stole the Ringleader's vial, yes. The Thief's order comes first so he is effectively an Allomancy roleblocker. I figured it out but prayed to God he didn't. But nope. He chose to be selfish and remove one of three potential Steel vials in this game all because the Ringleader's identity was revealed to him accidently.

People. Please never give your role to STINK. He doesn't care about you. He only cares about himself. Apply this to every game from here on out.

O.o

So stink has a kill now? It doesn't say so in the rules, if the thief can use the metals they steal?

Edit: also for some reason I thought the turn was extended 2.5 hrs >>

He doesn't. His win con is to just steal four metals and survive. I am so tempted to lynch him today just to make sure he can't win. This was the third strike from STINK. He has been toxic this entire game and this right here is the culmination of it and I'm honestly so upset that killing a neutral has to even be an option at this point.

Ah I see. Well, given that I thought Lopen was the ringleader at one point I could see that.

But yeah....Stink isn't just trolling anymore

Well, I am disappointed that he would go that far since he's supposed to be neutral, but I don't think we should blow it out of proportion that big. I don't agree with what he did. I wouldn't say he only cares about himself though, cuz that's going a bit too far imo, and is too personal.

That being said @STINK I'm really upset that you'd choose to play that way.

To put it in perspective:

  1. On D1 he asked me for my role. I trusted him enough to give it. He refused to tell me his in return. When I pushed him on it, he threatened to get the other neutrals to vote for me. I did not budge.
  2. On N1 he asked me for any role claims I got. By this time another neutral had accidently revealed the Ringleader's identity, and he threatened to reveal both of our identities to the thread if I didn't feed him information. I did not budge.
  3. On N2 he steals from the Ringleader. Strike three of him being a jerk.

Yo soy finito.

Ah......well...that's even worse than I thought <_<

I'm sorry @Amanuensis he shouldn't have played it that way...

Should we lynch him? Would it be wasting a lynch or would he reveal the other identities? I'm worried about it now tbh

Popping in to say that I will happily participate in a lynch on Stink. If we do, he'll reveal the identity of the ringleader, but if we don't, the ring leader will be useless anyway. this way, the ringleader can kill at least one player before he dies.

I really don't want to. It's such a waste of time and effort. But I don't see how he can not if he's going to continue to play this way.

Yeah we probably should then Stink

Unsportsmanlike conduct shouldn't be encouraged imo

Edit: if it had just been helping the elims sometimes and helping the village sometimes, THAT would be neutral. But this is different.

Emphasis mine.

Nice

That being said, it's the only viable solution at this point. Or else this game might as well have never had a Coinshot at all.

I am so mad that this is even a thing that needs to happen.

It literally makes today's lynch discussion pointless.

@Haelbarde, if over half the players vote for STINK, can we trigger a majority kill and end the turn early? I know that's not a thing we normally do in these forums but it's something that's done in others and I'm actually quite fond of the concept.

I honestly cannot understand why he would do this. Like there's no sane world that exists in the multiverse where he gets away for playing like this, and that annoys me more than the fact that he did it to begin with.

The fact that he pointedly ignored my post last night asking if Yitzi claimed evil to him or not goes to show that he's probably colluding.

Dang it Aman, I edited that out before even a minute had past. . .

The part that gets me the most is threatening other players if they don't cooperate...that's not right.

Edit: the game is supposed to be exactly that, a game..which is supposed to mean fun. But this isn't that.

Yup =\ I was just thinking how these games are meant to be friendly but this had to happen.

My comment(video clip) about rude behavior earlier in the game(when I tried to encourage Seonid) would apply here as well...

I'm okay with ending the turn early, if the GMs allow it

He didn't respond to the tineye thing either

Ah, right. I forgot about that too.

I would love to take advantage of these next 48 hours of discussion but I really don't think we can just leave an anti-village Thief running around, and I feel like with a lynch set on him today, there really isn't much we can actually learn from pressuring other players with votes.

EDIT: I'm going to go lay down to read and hopefully fall back asleep. I got up to use the bathroom and checked the thread quick to see if killing Straw was a good call then saw what happened and became immediately wide awake. If I've gone overboard with my posts before this one, I may have been a bit grumpy at the time, so sorry for that.

I will note I suggested we lynch stink   yesterday.

I have not enjoyed your play style at all. AT ALL. You have been vindictive and although I guess that is what the thief is supposed to be, you should probably think about your playing style.

Day 2, yeah.

Quick thing- neutrals, we don't have anything against you. We didn't want to waste a lynch on a neutral. But I hope you'll understand why we are doing this, not out of anti-neutral sentiment, but out of anti-stink sentiment. Thank you for understanding and not fleeing to the elims side because of this.
