Uhhh... Catch up with the thread. Sheep's off the hook now he's revealed, in favour of Dowanx. While I'm not particularly suspicious of him, I think we need to vote for our next best guess at an Eliminator to prove Bugsy's claim wrong, and the lynch seems to have decided you're that candidate. I'll do an analysis of every player left this night turn.

Dowanx - I'm sorry the lynch has formed on you while you're offline - I got really annoyed when that happened to me in QF18, but it can't be helped.

Yeah, there was, assuming you trust Bard as a scanner. Also, Dalinar seemed to slip up and color the GBs pink, which suggests he was a Ghostblood himself. Finally, Luckat admitted to being a Ghostblood, which I doubt was faked (since it led to her(?) ultimate death by defenestration)

Night 4 - Goals
 

The crowd had gathered once again, but this time, they had a purpose. They were here for one reason and one reason alone - to lynch Bugsy for being a hater. They all knew it, he even admitted to it, and, well, haters gonna hate, and lynchers gonna lynch. But now, they shuffled their feet. "What if he's the last of Odium's followers?" one wondered. "What if, by killing him, all this mess is undone and I don't get a chance to finish collecting a flower from every world?"

Someone nearby raised an eyebrow. "Wait, that's all you're here to do?"

"Well," he replied, "It does have to be dipped in the blood of a guilty Evil person who died at the stroke of midnight to at least two attackers..." he trailed off as his questioner backed away. "Oh, come on, you all have tasks to do here too, don't you? Do we really want to risk ending it all before we're done?" Across the crowd came mutters of reluctant agreement as they lowered their weapons, though most still glared at Bugsy.

"Hey, don't look at me!" Bugsy protested. "I'm all for killing me. Let's end everything, right now."

They started muttering to each other about what they still had left to do. "I need twenty more hats." "I need everyone on the same world and all dancing in sync with each other." "I need three more of you to say the word 'Quixotic.'"

"Well, if we're not going to kill Bugsy, who are we going to kill? We have to kill somebody, it's tradition."

"What about him?" said a voice, and the crowd turned as one to see a man sitting in the corner at a desk, writing furiously with one hand and pointing at Dowanx with his other. "If you need to kill someone, kill whomever I'm pointing at. Whoever they are, they haven't moved in days, and that's just weird. Then, go away and let me get back to writing. I've another thousand pages to write before supper."

The crowd considered the writer's suggestion. One went over and poked Dowanx with a stick to see if she would get a response, but none came. She shrugged.

"Hey, what about him?" asked another, pointing at a Kelen Taldar. Another woman from the crowd walked over and poked Kelen.

"Ow! Stop that!" Kelen exclaimed, "I'm right here! Don't kill me!"

The crowd shrugged. "Guess there's only one real choice then." They went as one to the unresponsive Dowanx, picked him up, and carried him to the top floor of a tall building. Then, they threw him out a window. "It's nice to have traditions," one said as they clapped each other on the back for a job well done. "They make deciding how to kill people so much easier."

It's a pretty disturbing story. Although the lottery involved a lot more chance. 

Anyway, I kind of want to get an idea of who all is still working toward goals. I'm willing to say that although I haven't failed any of mine yet, I also haven't succeeded any either. Obviously one of them is to kill all of the Haters. Another is to die. I'm working on that one tonight. 

Since we have decided to put off killing active players until we have a chance to complete a few goals, let's hear what everyone is trying to do. Maybe we can help each other out.

My three goals: Exterminate the GoH, Personally Kill Rayse (Failed), Do not reveal 2 players roles or alignments (I learn everyone's role and alignment as soon as they die).

All I'm going to say was Dowanx was a waste of the lynch and I am growing continuously more suspicious of Lopen.

If you've already failed one of your goals, what's the point in not revealing the roles/alignments of the dead? Are you still aiming for a partial win?

3 Goals:

Kill all of GoH

Use Crime Scene Investigation (my scanning ability) on a player of each faction plus an Independent (nearly succeeded - so far as I'm aware, after tonight, I'll just have the Independent to go...) Aman, if what you say is true, can you quickly confirm/deny whether there are any other factions that you know of? I don't think that will trigger the third win con, because it doesn't *reveal* it, as such...

Lead the lynch on an Evil - I'll be active at rollover each day for basically the rest of the game, so I should manage to lead the lynch on Bugsy whenever we decide to do it, or Lopen tomorrow.

I personally don't care about meeting my third goal at this point, I just had a talk before the game started with Nyali about her intent with my role and she said it was for me to gather information for my own deductions rather than circumvent the rules. So yeah, I'd rather follow the GMs wishes on this one, unless it becomes important for me to reveal it.

As far as I'm aware there are just the three and the independents.

My goals are to publish on every planet, interview at least one person from every planet, and collect three unique items. So yep, don't think I can finish all that in a few cycles...

Why are you suspicious of me? I feel I've explained my actions sufficiently. If you're going to try to cast suspicion on me, I'd appreciate reasons. I've been quiet? Yep, I don't really care what other people do. Just saying, you're putting pressure on the wrong petson. I'm not a GoH member. I've given my honest opinion on players.

As far as my goals go, 1 is basically impossible. 1 involves holding a certain amount of items at the end of the game. And the last one, well, let's just say GM's are trolls sometimes and delight in messing with people in creative ways. (Just kidding GM's everywhere, ya'llaregreatpleasedontkillmewithyourallpowerfulgmpower)

1. I know little to nothing about who you are and your capabilities (I can't bring myself to trust unknowns)
2. You started the vote on dow which really made no sense because there was no way anyone could have known Mage was a Ghostblood until Bard scanned him. Also you took a lot of things dow said in that PM out of context
3. Something about your reaction to when I suddenly announced whether or not we should lynch Joe or Bugsy first that one night felt off to me.
4. General bad vibes
5. We're very rarely on the same team
6. I like to pick on you sometimes
7. I'm curious of Len/Burnt, someone else I know nothing about and is laying low, is on a team with you

1. Good, pretty sure thats how the game is supposed to be played. I'm sure I've got an enemy somewhere out there and I don't want to reveal anything about myself I don't need to.

2. If Dow was GoH, he would have known he wasn't that and Mage made it pretty clear he wasn't a Child. Granted, I haven't looked at that pm for a bit. But I didn't want to end the game by Bugsy being lynched and I was on my way to church, so I picked him to vote for since I didn't have time to vote alongside any last minute lynch.

3. Huh, okay. I just didn't recall anyone mentioning Bugsy as suspicious, so it was surprising to see you suggest lynching him over a self proclaimed evil.

5. I've noticed that before as well, and actually, me and Burnt are rarely on the same team either.

7. I wish that were true. Would be funner than being so alone. Really though Burnt, you have been crazy quiet. You could consider me on her team I guess. If we get to the same planet, I was gonna try to help her with her goals.
