Or we could go with a different naming scheme.

Captain Random: The First Random
Captain Random: The Winter Stuff
Captain Random: Civil Randomness

Or, The Shardvengers: Infinity Weird

We interrupt this randomness with an important message from Bruce, who wants you to know that he has many skills.

He's good at catching carrots.

The level of cute is unreal.

I hope so. That would be storming awesome.

Have you never experienced a snowstorm before?

Nope! I saw snow, once, when we went to Arizona for Christmas, but I wasn't there for the storm. I've been told we will definitely experience a few this winter, as that sort of thing actually happens in Virginia.

I miss Florida, with its lack of snow and mountains.

What part of Virginia? Southwestern usually gets a fair bit of snow.

I've joined on Facebook a polish group of "Flat Earth Society". While I'm positively sure that percentage of trolls and people just getting their daily dose of humour is high, the administration and some people I suspect to be serious. Well, they're banning a lot of people who argue too openly...

Anyway, I started trolling them by subtle bait: "People believing in round Earth always bring up Foucalt's Pendulum. How can I prove them wrong?". So far I gathered responses mostly from sane people :< I really wanted to know how flat-earthists would explain that.

EDIT: It seems bait worked. Now for the hook...

I wonder who did that.
It's somewhat empty still actually, I was hoping it would be somewhat more comprehensive but the RP has slowed down quite a bit this year. :(

How does one take part in said RP? I am almost finished with Calamity and am interested. @TwiLyghtSansSparkles?

Create a character and submit it to the RP gods for evaluation and judgment by posting their bio in the Question thread. Although both Epics and vanillas are allowed (within reason—no Epics with PIs for first characters, and no OP vanillas), the RP gods see a lot of Epics, so they have a soft spot for vanilla characters and the players who use them.

You've included my home in your story. I am pleased. ^_^

I, uh, did that on purpose.

I actually didn't even think of that but I'm glad it worked out that way. ^_^

@TwiLyghtSansSparkles I'm not an RP god and I haven't even read very far into the Portland thread, but Nathan is one of my favorite characters. :)

Thanks! ^_^ Funtimes likes him too. :P

All of my characters are either human or adopted. That must mean the spot for me is, like, Mouldbreaker's Jello-level soft. :P

Cog, is that you? In your profile picture? With the sweet pink shades?

So, I fell asleep with a lollipop (or sucker or lolly or whatever you want to call it) in my mouth.

I woke up, and it was stuck to my pillow...untouched for eight-ish hours.

So, are we gonna start a new Random Stuff thread when the title of the next Star Wars film is revealed?

That's my plan. Eventually there will be so many pages as we outstrip the titles, which amuses me. I imagine we would get Episode 8's title no later than February right?

Hopefully(?)

If not, we can think up some more nerd names and build off those.

Like Shard Trek.

Guys. I think I've figured out how to make the Fantastic Beasts movie enjoyable despite its rather cringe-worthy looking take on Wizarding America.

Headcanon: Wizarding America is actually a lot cooler (and more American) than the FB trailers make it look. The reason? During his visit, Newt Scamander encountered the Jersey Devil. The experience was so traumatic that he blacked out much of his visit, but when he returned to the U.K., the Ministry demanded a report. Newt panicked and just made up a bunch of stuff about what he thought America must be like, and since he didn't remember anything else and wasn't keen to return, he eventually came to believe his own story.
