The gemheart is encased in aluminum, so I doubt that the Larkin would be able to get to it.

Then the gemheart would be useless...

"Aluminum and all its alloys were allomantically inert"

~AoL

Isn't Duralumin an aluminum alloy? Obviously that can't be true if so.

We don't have any example of someone trying to Push duralumin, do we? Unless of course most aluminium we see in AoL really is duralumin, since I believe the alloy is stronger.

Unless you mean that duralumin can be burned, in which case, so can aluminium, if you think about it. It just has a very special effect.

Why would it be useless?

Because its Investiture is unable to be effective, Aluminium shields both ways.

The entire BAM is made of aluminum, and we don't even know that aluminum blocks the inhalation of Stormlight.

3 words: Hydrochloric Acid Cannon. Get a soulcaster to turn, say, crem, into very concentrated acid. Then, get a windrunner to use the air pressure surge and send it toward the hemalurgic creations. Then, pick up the pieces.

But then the BAM compounds Steel and runs away at Mach 3. One advantage of being made of metal is that you can Steelrun faster than a human without damaging yourself. The BAM could also be covered in a really thin layer of unreactive materials. Also, since it has all 10 Honorblades, it could just do a Reverse Lashing on the ground or something.

In that case, create an HCl kamikaze as a generic gold compounder.

EDIT: Or, make them lure the creature into a bath of acid.

Then it wouldn't block a Larkin. Also Aluminium is not going to withstand pretty much any of the powers you've given it, it's not a strong metal. It'd also render any of those powers that are internal (including all feruchemy) completely useless.

Just soulcast its suroundings into antimatter, you will probably take out a good part of the planet but who cares B). Also, wouldn't all the different types of investure interfere with each other and make it blow up in the creator's face?

Actually, I forgot about soulcasting... Alright. Lure the creature onto a basin filled with concrete, then soulcast that into acid, thus destroying any metal, including all the hemalurgy. For this, I would need: 1 soulcaster, a lot of stormlight, and 2 generic gold compounders (who can survive the acid bath.)

EDIT: Also, Soulcasting surroundings into antimatter: Is that even possible?

Well if you can understand antimatter then probably?

Dark matter is a different story entirely, but antimatter isn't very different besides being . . . "anti-"

Whatever you're transforming might need to understand it too. So how do you explain antimatter to a piece of air? :P

Intelligence; Jasnah, Navani, Khriss and Kandra for infiltration

Coordination; Kelsier and Steris (that is a hilarious combo)

On ground Squad; Kaladin and Bridge 4

Negotiation; Raoden

My negotiation team would consist of Wayne and Lopen. Their mission? Confuse the enemy until they surrender out of sheer bafflement.

Well how do they know what non-air things are? O_O

Blowing over it, talking to their spren, related concepts I suppose. Some spren are smarter than others.

Scouting: Kandra (Not TFE Kandra, I would take the new ones that have gotten the combat upgrade), Wayne and a generic lightweaver, because sometimes Wayne would need more then a new hat to fit in.

Tactics: Dalinar, Kelsier.

Ground crew: some of Roial's archers, after a visit to current Scandrial to pick up guns. Also, Kaladin, a group of Koloss and a group of generic soothers and rioters that can control the Koloss.

Demolitions: Janash or a generic Elsecaller after getting a crash course in physics and chemistry (seriously, they could probably create stuff like uranium 235 or other fun materials if they had the right education, or perhaps even antimatter and they wouldn't even have to leave the cognitive realm, so nobody would probably see them. That is some serious firepower). Also, Wax.

Transportation: Vasher (worldhopping experience and he could make a giant awakened bird for them to fly on).

P.S.

I'm not using generic compounders, because I think they don't get born with the frequency that you could call them generic.

I support the Wayne and Lopen Negotiation Team. If you can get them have a conversation where you understand what's going on, you are either insanely lucky or insane. Or both, I suppose.

By the time the two of them are finished with their target, they will think that surrender is their best and only option, and will thank them for only taking away two-thirds of their resources as a tax.

You'd give guns to archers? Not just use the already trained Marksmen from Scadrial?

I'm pretty sure any Elsecaller who figured out how to create U235 or antimatter would not live to share their experience.

I think elsecallers could just go into the cognitive realm totally and avoid the after effects, so you would basically get something as overpowered as F. Steel, or perhaps even steel compounding.

Edit: Changed physical into cognitive, I used the wrong word.

I assume you mean enter Shadesmar totally. As for being as OP as Feruchemical steel, maybe? But you'd also destroy the land completely and render it unable to be used. And probably kill the Elsecaller by attracting a bunch of painspren and worse.

I didn't think about the painspren, but That's the reason I put wax on demolition, because he can do small scale demolition, soulcasting is for the weapons of mass destruction.

P.S.

Yeah, I did mean the cognitive realm, sorry.
