How should I introduce Abaddon in Salem?

I've revised his character. He doesn't kill unless he needs to; he regards killing as a ritual, and he refuses to break his rituals, which include shattering certain bones and cutting off certain limbs, all while turning up the dial. Gruesome.

Well he can kill as many as he wants in the Arena, that's kind of the point :P

On how to introduce him the timing might be a bit awkward, not sure how much longer the current day in Salem is going to last so at most it'd just be him entering town and not really interacting with much.

Should I have him catching Vandal and telling him off? It would be interesting if this drew the police.

What are Vandal's other powers by the way? Or is it just amazing drawing skills?

That'd be up to Vikro who writes Vandal.

He has a few secondaries, some gravity manipulation and phasing I think?

Arsenal hands out equipment to Dalles facilities like candy, especially if that equipment would allow him greater coordination and control from the command center. The medical center having a radio or two is practically a given.

You know, for a city litered in EMP, the radios seem to be working suprisingly well.

Sooo, how would you guys feel about a WHOOC about Oregon's latest crackship, Shiny Sparsenal?

 This was not meant to be.

Well. Edited.

Surprised I didn't realize Lyla would start becoming a Quicksilver fan earlier, but whatever.

She is... already starting to trend towards the really creepy epics, isn't she? Koschei, Quicksilver...

Anyone wanna bet she writes Nighthounds name with little hearts?

Nighthound does seem to be her dream man, which is uterly wrong but not as rare as it should be. Let's hope Shiny doesn't take her on a road trip.

My friend has already caught up to the present in Portland.

Her reaction: "Doctor Funtimes is my spirit animal."

She sounds like the kind of person that really needs to join.:ph34r:

Yeah I tried to mention this in Scribblers post but Quicksilvers plan to talk to the entirety of the Dalles was not exactly well thought out.

I just figured that Quicksilver had kind of an idiot moment and never thought about how he's broadcasting to a large amount of dead radios (with the command center having reception because Arsenal didn't want to blow himself up) but yeah, things kind of fall apart even more now that other people still have reception, especially after Arsenal just started shooting at random.

I guess a few plot-relevant locations simply happened to not have a CHAMP fly overhead?

Eh, I guess, although I'd prefer not adding even more... liberties with how events needed to aligning just to allow Quicksilver this stunt. Not my choice ultimately though. (Was there ever an explanation for several minutes, if not more, passing in the sky battle, while the conversation on ground didn't advance at all?)

RP time-magic? :P

Which conversations specifically though?

Actually I also forgot that during this whole aerial battle Impact is flying around chasing a bird and is going to be very annoyed if any missiles happened to hit that bird. Or her.

Well, Quicksilver started his attack specifically because he wanted to help Busdriver. Meaning that the start of the conversation that Deathwish and co currently are having is taking place at the same time as Quicksilver dodging missiles ect.. The conversation took maybe a minute at best. That Quicksilver dodging/catching several missiles and coating an entire building in metal took significantly more time is pretty obvious.

Oh right, I remember you mentioning that a while back.

Now I know what happens, if you want to multi.quote a double post that has been edited away.

Er. I'll delete/hide my post entirely, if you'd rather that side of things not hear the declaration? Sorry about that...

Ah right, yes that might need some editing so that the timelines sync up.

Yeah, I mean fortunately she's deaf and drugged right now so she's not too likely to judge the immediate threat and go on a murder spree but I'm not sure I can justify her being in a completely missile-free zone given that there's now been a few hundred launched.

What double post? I have no idea what you're talking about.

Well, that'd be one way to solve the problem.

Of course you don't, you sneaky moderator, you.

Haha, pulling out a neuralizer means nothing if you don't turn it on... especially without putting on your own sunglasses.

*Puts on sunglasses before Voidus can react*

*Has also forgotten that copperminds are spiked into face to prevent losing*

Ooh yeeeahhh...

Welp.

Crud.

Maybe he just uses his impressive diaphragm and creates a metal megaphone?

The entire exchange with the missiles and coating the building needn't have taken more than a few minutes, during which Deathwish was pointedly ignoring all of the goings on because of the presence of a damsel in distress.

Or perhaps they were simply awed by Quicksilver's beautiful coat, which is both stylish and functional.  ;)

Perhaps a stray missile does hit her, greatly angering her. When she looks for a culprit, she espies Deathwish flying through the air after Quicksilver. Having previously encountered him, she would automatically blame him for anything and pursue him.

Also apparently I'm up to post for the Kathy/Dodgeball fight that happened a while ago. What should I even do with that?

I don't see that ending in any way other than one of them dying. Given that in her current state she'd probably just try to squish his head it would likely be Impact who dies. I would rather she didn't die right now :P

I... have no idea, wasn't that a day ago in game anyway? That is a long fight.

I get the weirdest feeling that I'm going to like Foodstock even less than I like Nighthound. And that is not something I say lightly, or indeed that I thought I would ever say at all about anyone.

And now I am going to cry for a while.

Green eyes, black hair, terrible person, I wonder if there's a connection.

But yeah, she's utterly horrible and most likely won't get much screen time exactly because of that... I hope.
