I'm very eager to see how the Netflix series will turn out. I hope it will be good - puppet animation getting some attention is always welcome. I love non-digital animation. 1
NottTheBrave he/him Posted July 22, 2019 Posted July 22, 2019 Yeah I love the art of puppetry and Henson’s work! I’m really looking forward to Age of Resistance! Also started Umbrella Academy on Netflix. Really enjoying that too!
Draginon he/him Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 Finished watching Adventure Time Seasons 7-9. It was pretty good. There are a couple episodes here and there that are dull to watch but overall it’s still a great show. I say Seasons 7-9 instead of 7-10 because these final episodes were meant to be 3 seasons, not 4. To put it in a sense of how Cartoon Network messed it up it would be like if Tor used Parts 1-3 of WOK for book 1, Parts 4 & 5 of WOK along with the first 2 parts of WOR for book 2, the remainder of WOR for book 3 and used just Part 1 of Oathbringer for the fourth book.
Draginon he/him Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 Not really a watch but holy crem! Criterion Collection is releasing the entire Showa era of Godzilla! I don’t really watch any of the films Criterion releases but this release interests me a lot.
Wander89 he/him Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Watching The Boys on Amazon Prime and it's just a more mature version of The Reckoners. It's also bloody (and I mean BLOODY) fantastic!

Draginon he/him Posted August 25, 2019 Posted August 25, 2019 The ‘Burbs from Joe Dante. One of those ‘new neighbors to the cul-de-sac doing weird things that makes the neighbors suspicious of them’ old school films.

NottTheBrave he/him Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 Went and saw Ready or Not last night. Fantastic movie! Fresh, fun, funny, tense, gory, and surprising. Excellent directing, and Samara Weaving is fantastic in it. Try and not watch trailers, and enjoy the ride. If you enjoy original horror, please give it a watch.

This answer needs to be tagged so here goes. it definitely leaves it open to S2(stop here or don’t you’ve been warned) lots of Gelfings are still alive and preparing for war. Jen and Kira were not shown 1

Wander89 he/him Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Watching some of Carnival Row and it's pretty easy fantasy. Can be predictable and tries to be edgy but I think it works.
NottTheBrave he/him Posted September 5, 2019 Posted September 5, 2019 Gonna head out to see IT Chapter 2 in Imax in a little bit! Really excited! 1
