I'll just leave those two videos here, so others know what we're talking about ;)

I love that second one. It's not only really beautiful, but also looks really fun to dance. I really love dancing ceilis and such, with other people. It's so much more fun to dance with other people when there are set steps, rather than just going to a school dance and standing around awkwardly...

Honestly I stole it from my brother and then programmed a shortcut for it into my phone. I think it's under language settings somewhere. But it's normal text symbols, you can just copy and paste.

Sadly, no. It's noodles coated in a sauce made from cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. It is also the subject of some debate around here, as Kobold adores it but I can barely stomach a few bites.

You monster! It's one of the best pasta sauces!

The positive emotions in the second clip always cheers me up, it's impossible to feel gloomy while watching/listening to it :)

The face thing is made with special characters some from arabic alphabets, some from other places... the wonders of UTF-8, allowing us to use so many characters not present on our keyboards :D

I just call pasta "the round / twirly / wheel/ shell ones". I don't know no fancy names!

I know a couple.

Farfalle: shaped like how ties

Rotini: small spirals that I sometimes call "twirly pasta"

Orzo: small, flat teardrop shapes

Rigatoni: long thin tubes

Dumb question: I just finished the first chapter of a story I'm currently writing. It isn't very good, but I would like to see if you all thought it was at least interesting. Should I put a link to it here, or should I do it in the creation thread? I might not be able to post it for a little bit, I have a class soon. Thanks in advance!

You might want to start a whole new thread for it. Lots of people have threads for their projects on the Creator's Corner. :)

Oh! I know orzo! I just didn't realise it was pasta. I thought it was a couscous-like food contraption.

Colleges keep sending me emails

I don't want any.

Saaame. Especially TCU. It's in Texas (no offense, I just hate the heat) and they don't like Mormons.

And Fettucine Alfredo is the best.

And Delightful, that might've been pasta al forno?

Alright, I'll do that. Another dumb question: If I post the link as a Google Doc, will other people be able to edit it? Sorry for my lack of knowledge when it comes to this kind of stuff

When you share a Google Doc, you can set whether people can edit, leave suggestions, or just view it. :)

It's funny you guys should think that. My age revealed(?):

Hard to work up the nerve . . .

Why do I have an irrational fear of this?

I seriously make an effort to pretend to be more mature than I am

It's actually not that hard.

The big reveal . . .

14. I'm 14 now, but when I joined I was 13.

*nervously averts eyes*

Hey, me too! :o
