Yukihiro Jindo is so unreasonably good at making arrangements. I'm completely convinced he could take a literal perfect theme and somehow improve it.

This song is actually by Poets of the Fall but in Control and Alan Wake they do the music for the fictional band, The Old Gods of Asgard.

Been building a new playlist - All the melancholy songs I like.  So stuff like Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls, 7 Years by Lukas Graham, Somewhere Only We Know by Keane.  Just songs that give me that 'we can't go back to how it was when we were kids and life was simple' feeling.

I am in my edgy stage that may be here to stay.

So I decided to listen to Kaz Brekker Playlists. (Yes the Six of Crows character. Highly recommend reading the books. So good.)

The current on I am listening to is "Couldn't find perfect Kaz Brekker playlist so I made one" by Aneta.

Xenoblade is back with the absolute best music! Reminds me of Mor Ardain's day theme mixed with Torna's Battle!! and Time to Fight! You can even hear a small bit of Mechanical Rhythm.

Currently using this to write a book, YES I got sidetracked.

I know I should get back to writing, but it's almost bed time. Ugh.

Here's an interesting question. Which is better, writing stories with (correction, while you listen to ) epic music, or is sleeping better than writing?

Blasting Citizen Soldier. They have some of the best songs, if you like rock.

Viva La Vida, baby!  Something about this song and the melody is scratching an itch in my brain, and making me start to think about the next story I want to tell.

I was obsessed with that song for like 6 months. IT'S SUCH A GOOD SONG!! The amount of cool medieval fantasy vibes it has are amazing.

I found this song called "two birds" that I like

Two of the prettiest songs that the world has yet known, both by the band The Deerhunter.

Agoraphobia from the Album Microcastle:

And the song Desire Lines from the album Halcyon Digest:

Listen, enjoy, repeat. That's what I'm doing.

Best Friends, by grandson. The chorus is *so* good. It's perfect for blasting people on Modern Warfare.

Hurricane by Band of Heathens is a great song. It's super chill and I love it. If you want something a little more intense I would recommend Blood Runs Red by 78rpm.

Listening to the Cinderella 2015 soundtrack again.  It's just got this vibe to it that I love.

I'm not sure how, but it's definitely going to get incorporated in a Major Life Event somewhere down the road.

Sabaton: the Swedish power metal band. All their songs are about historical people or battles. They are considered one of the "big four" power metal bands alongside Helloween, Blind Guardian and DragonForce.

Some of their best songs are "Immortal soldier," "to Hell and back," and "Bismark."
