Zurvanight he/him Posted July 8, 2023 Posted July 8, 2023 So a Vtuber I watch, Calliope Mori, did the official theme song for the newest One Piece arc, Egghead and I can't stop listening to it.

Also, slight tangent, but i kinda really want a vinyl player and vinyls of all.my favourite albums man. I think the true aesthetic culture died when digital was introduced I mean imagine putting a vinyl on and curling up on the couch with a good book and a steaming cup of tea The vibe would be unmatched

There's still a few music stores hanging on. I've gotten most of mine online, though.

Ooooh then ill definitely check that out Having an add in Spotify nearly every 2 songs in annoying as hell and i dont want to pay for premium and support the capitalism I kinda wished I could have DVDs too. Like i really want to watch Heathers and rewatch Cruel Intentions but its not available anywhere and having the DVD would make it so much better. and like they removed my favourite movie from Prime and now I CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE Thats a big tangent though Tl;dr: i feel the old world culture was tons better than what we have now. Maybe it wasn't easier but when has something good ever been easy? Having a tangible proof of the movie, music in your hand; going to a library to research instead of hunched in a poorly lit room over a laptop on which you're gonna procrastinate anyway...i mean it just seems way better Edited July 11, 2023 by Cruciatus_heart

Spren of Kindness she/her Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 No thoughts, just Brian Tyler's Formula One theme. I know nothing about music theory, but the way the chords in parts of this piece rise into the following chord gets me. 1
Zurvanight he/him Posted July 23, 2023 Posted July 23, 2023 Pretty Maids is a band that I have listened to for years but not much of their newer albums. When God Took A Day Off is such a great song.
shortcake thr/eat ka/boom Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 I'm not necessarilly listening to a song, but... my fan is just so gosh dang LOUD 2
The cheeseman Don't you dare go Hollow! Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 For Those About to Rock by AC/DC.
Zurvanight he/him Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 A nice song about Zargothrax, Master of Nightmares, Keeper of Celestial Flame, Sorcerer, Bound to the Darkness, Wizard King, Chaos Incarnate.
anna she/her Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 The Star Trek: Strange New Worlds "Subspace Rhapsody" album. All the songs were so good! 1
Spren of Kindness she/her Posted August 8, 2023 Posted August 8, 2023 I'm working my way through some of Andrea Bocelli's discography, and really enjoying it. The best way to describe it is it feels like there's a hole in my chest, but in like. A good way.

Robin Sedai she/her Posted September 7, 2023 Posted September 7, 2023 I literally haven't thought about this song in years lol. What a blast of nostalgia. It used to be one of my favourite songs as a kid, I remember singing along to it with my mother. 1
SmilingPanda19 Any! Posted September 7, 2023 Posted September 7, 2023 Currently listening to What'd I Miss from Hamilton aloud, actually.
