So, like, we see who wins in a fight to the death between you and Chaos? I think we'd need to know more about your stats to make educated wagers on the outcome of fights like these 1

Well, normally with hemalurgy, you have to place the spikes specifically to get the right effects and such. However, chaos just keeps on addin' em, and at this point he looks like this

And it's definitely more of a community run thing, and it's not limited to books. Plus, it's not vote based, more like people debating who would win in a fight, what Suvudu Cage Match wishes it could be.

And it's definitely more of a community run thing, and it's not limited to books. Plus, it's not vote based, more like people debating who would win in a fight, what Suvudu Cage Match wishes it could be. I say you start up a new thread for this, and get on it.

SOM1else he/him Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 I would like to announce that I finally worked out the roles for the Mistborn Mafia game. I think it might be a little big however. It looks like it'll need around 15 people playing so I might have to cut it down if enough people don't sign up. Would you mind reading over the setup and roles if I sent you a PM Darth and telling me what you think? The game will probably be set outside of the storyline so no character's from the trilogy will make an appearance but I need to think of where it will be happening. The one that I was in on DM was set up like a battle between the Crew and the LR+an Inquisitor. I think this will be set over a period of time in side one of Luthadel's Greathouse Keeps. I'm thinking about calling it "Atium Wars" since atium will have a pretty large role in how some aspects of the game play out but thats all I'm gonna say about that for now

Villanelles are tough. I had to write one for class once, and I chose a line from a Dance Dance Revolution song as my repeating line. My professor was less than impressed.

I did it back in high school, but I seem to have long since lost my touch for decent poetry. XD I think it's because I'm not as angsty as I was back then? >.> Also, I would like to announce that my [favorite] brother is now officially an Eagle Scout! Technically he completed all his requirements and did the Board of Review thing months ago, but he just had his Court of Honor yesterday and got the pin, certificate, and all the formalities taken care of. I'm so proud of him. ^^ 1

Chaos he/him Posted April 13, 2011 Posted April 13, 2011 I would like to announce I've finished my line edits for my excerpt of Rebirth that I'm reading on Thursday. Now it sucks less. For the Undergraduate Scholars Program, which funds this book, I have to do a presentation of my work. Fortunately, I get to do a reading of my work, rather than make a poster, so yay. If anyone wants to hear the presentation/reading via Skype, I guess I can do that. (Worst part? The program says Rebirth is a "fantasy opus". Jeez. How do you follow that? Also, silly USP. Opuses are longer than one book)

I don't remember much, but I have a specific snapshot moment in my head. I'm sitting at a table with my cousin and a girl from YouTube, and Brandon Sanderson is sitting across from me. I'm introducing him to the others at the table as a New York Times Bestselling Author, basically showing that I'm just as much of a fanboy in my dreams as I am in real life. Oh, and he had a mustache. Don't know why, but he did. 1

I had a wierd one where he came to my house, which for some reason had a museum attached to it, and told me he would be in town. Scene change, I'm sitting in a car at a red light; I get a text from him with the location of a signing he's doing and I realize that it's on the opposite street corner. And then I woke up. Dreams are so wierd.
