When you say "my wit is on temporary hiatus, pending review by it's colleagues sincerity and temerity" in a text to your girlfriend.

When you are really bad playing AoE II, you ask to yourself:"what would Rayse do?", so you build a wall around your enemy base and send lots of troops periodically.

When you dedicate a whole shelf to just Sanderson books, including future titles.

YES! I call mine my Sandershelf.

I keep weird little things on my bookshelf. I also have 8 books checked out from the library right now, so that's what's on the shelf above, and the one below is just for random books.

When I get money, I buy books. And right now I'm saving for Oathbringer. I have a big box of stuff in my closet I'm trying to sell. Then I could also get the first Alcatraz book. Sorry for all this! I like talking about books... (Both their content and the books themselves).

When your parents ask you how your day was and as you tell them you think to yourself "there is always another secret".

When you watch the posts on the Shard, and think to yourself, "if this were Babatharnum, I'd be in the ruling class."

When you check out all your library's Sanderson books and keep them.... Long over the due date because you can't bear to let them go, and start paying fines while thinking "I really need to start getting my own copies...."

When you refuse to read because it is not a manly pursuit.

Wait....... Isn't that rather contradictory to the "you know you're a Sanderfan" thing?

In SA men other than ardent's cannot read I took the part where it is not a manly pursuit and used it while still maintaining the ability to do so.

But how can you claim to be a sanderfan while actively refusing to read? Reading and Sanderfanning by necessity go together.

Pro tip for AoE II: "how do you turn this on" is best cheat (or "I r winner")

We go by how long we've been active here though.

My addiction manifests as the craving of the WoBs. That's how you spot a Sanderfan; you tell them you have some obscure WoB they haven't seen and they all light up.

Fine. Here, something from my private collection, shown only once and seasoned ever since:

Could a Knight Radiant pass their Nahel bond the way Seons can be passed in Elantris?

Brandon Sanderson

Theoretically possible and in fact has happened (!) in previous eras.
