Thoughttown's been using them, but most of the other areas of Portland don't have the resources to acquire them. The Dalles uses radios created by Arsenal.

 

Yeah, Altermind and Flashpoint have been using them constantly and Altermind has now given every member of the Thoughhttown aliance(except Voidgaze, I think) one and also gave one to Lightwards.

When I meant exact I was thinking about a rough estimation of how fast the energy leaks. Like the energy needed to move x in a minute.

I was thinking about the ammo nth of energy released by a normal campfire when she calm, and three times that when she is angry. Yes I know that's opposite of what I said about her emotions and energy leakage, but it makes more sense this way.

Okay, since my attempts to be vague and mysterious haven't worked, I'll just say it. Edgerunner will be following Frostfire out the door once I have time to write a post for her. She'll tell Autumn that she's accompanying him.

That is a really negligible amount given how broken her absorption is with the amount of energy she can absorb and in general really . Whatever, I guess it's Comatose decision if he wants to greenlight her for Corvallis, which now I think he about it he never commented on yet.

I don't know, it's beyond random at this point. Doesn't help that people's quotas can manioulate theupvotes they give. Sometimes I get the feeling that the more confident I am about a post the fewer upvotes it gets.

What if is proportional to how much energy she has. 5%-10% of her total energy is leaked depending on her mood.

Okay, so I finally got around to actually reading the post and I have to wonder, what exactly do you mean with "firing mechanism," because if he want precicion here it has to be something visible. Another point that might just be that way it's described is that Frostfire would have to heat each rifle after the other and not all at once.

 

As for the floor, maybe I only assumed it to be obvious because it's like this here in germany but every Doctor praxis will have linoleum flooring for sanitary reasons and being non-allergenic alone. You know, like this

Furthermore, as an Epic not only not cleared by Autumn but if anything one step away from the firing squad I don't think he would be allowed to be without supervision at all, period.

He's heating each gun individually, but it takes only a small fraction of a second to switch targets.

(After some quick research on Google, it turns out linoleum doesn't react violently when cooled extremely rapidly, it just becomes extremely brittle. In fact, it's recommended by some to use liquid nitrogen and a hammer to remove the stuff.)

-40? That's going to be pretty immediately noticeable with even the slightest of breezes and instantaneously cooling a 1.5 meter area by 40-60 degrees is definitely going to create a breeze. Come to think of it, wooden boards would probably snap if you cooled them that quickly.

Also, a question that's going to become relevant pretty soon: Would it make sense for Frostfire to be able to take his own kinetic energy while falling, and reapply it to himself, rotated ninety degrees? (In essence, using Frostfire's powerset as currently described, would it make sense for him to be able to fly?)

Changing that detail would be appreciated, yes.

 

I'm sorry, but every fiber of my being objects to the most hard limit you've set to be casually brushed aside with a mood swing.

 

I'll leave the details of the question to Voidus but given that gravity would still affect him the best he should be able to do is cause zero G with no directional vectors and not actual flight.
