Haliax would definitely agree.

Haliax would probably give a lot to be able to sleep. Or forget. Or to go insane. Or die.

And here I am in high school STILL doing it. I'm a freak.

Nah, you're not a freak. I just grew out of the habit, though I made a new one where I tend to stay up into the wee hours of the night reading instead of sleeping.

I ended up doing the same thing- read books instead of sleep.

Although I still do it sometimes. Last year I managed to get no less than 23 books taken from me in one day...

I've FINALLY caught up on sorting through my backlog of photos!

Caspian Tern (although the way this guy was not cooperating for photos, a better name might be "catch me if you can" Tern... XD):

(Yes, that little scrape in the gravel really is the "nest.")

Western Wood-Pewee:

I had to be satisfied with a silhouette shot because the silly bird refused to sit in the sun, but I still think this photo is pretty cool, especially since I caught him in the middle of calling. :)

So... the Colorado Symphony will be hosting a concert where the music they'll be playing is from The Legend of Zelda.

Sweet! Where/when is it?

I've been trying to get my little brother to read Mistborn for awhile now. At first, I wasn't too crazy about recommending it too him, but it got to the point where he was tired of me telling him to read it, I was pretty sure he would never read it. Then I finally managed to get him to read past the first couple of chapters, and now he's hooked. I'm so happy! :D

That's a reasonable comparison, considering how ghostly-white Barn Owls look at night.

Hey, I'm on the top contributors for this week! That's never happened to me before! Unless it has happened, and I was just too stupid to even notice. I feel proud, even though I'm not quite sure what I've done that's been upvote-worthy, but oh well.

Everyone should upvote this to bump me even higher.
