pureintonation she/her Posted January 31 Posted January 31 Besides highspren to bond with... I was just about to make food and reached for a perfectly fine-looking onion in a bowl of veggies. The side that was facing down in the bowl... I cannot do justice with words to the Eldritch horror of mold that was growing on it. The colors... the textures... It made me gag fr. Anyway. I figure if rotspren were a thing, I would've known a long time ago that the onion was moldy, and it would have saved me from this experience.

Firespren are also cool. Cryptics are amazing and would be terrifying. Spoiler But I think I can speak for everybody that it's great that we don't have Passionspren.

Like imagine debates where you can actually just point out: that argument was stupid you did/didn't even draw a spren. That makes sense. I can't relate that much though... I have one of those faces that shows everything I'm thinking and feeling without me realizing. Spren would really just excacerbate the issue. Although for some distinct emotions, it could be pretty useful... like angerspren vs something like frustrationspren (which, are not canon...) bc those two emotions can present pretty similarly but are quite different !!!

Except maybe shamespren 'cause I don't feel like they would be great. The non-emotion spren would just be pretty to look at, I feel, so I see no reason why not to have those as well.
