The mistwraith roamed Tyrian Falls, feasting on the flesh of the fallen and growing to alarming proportions.
The creature was unnatural, the villagers agreed. It would steal their faces and their souls. It would devour the village whole and leave nothing for the koloss to destroy. It couldn’t be reasoned with, and it certainly couldn’t be fought. The writhing mass absorbed arrows and spat them out like they were a minor annoyance at best.
Perhaps it could be tricked, however. There were tales of clever skaa luring away mistwraiths with fresh blood. Perhaps there was truth in them.
Preferably one of the Spiked would be the bait, of course. Why not kill two birds with one stone? Dispose of a murderer and make the wraith move on, in one simple act? It was a flawless plan.
Rin was chosen, slain, and left outside of town to tempt the wraith away.

Fortunately, this plan succeeded at making the monster leave.
The mistwraith gained some new, distinctly human bones.
Unfortunately, those bones didn’t have any spikes.

“Mistwraiths are peaceful creatures,” Preservation said in a pained voice.
“Sure, but they don’t know that,” Ruin said. “I mean, look at them. Absolutely horrifying. Honestly disappointing that they aren't real monsters.”

Now... was TUO really a Thug?

Okay, we didn’t lose? Ksauce mentioned only having three Elims, which may be the case. But there are more worlds than that. So we have a soother somewhere, and that could mess with whether that was lylo. If it was an Elim soother lylo would’ve been day 3. So it has to be a Village soother. Also, a thug would also interfere with lylo. A village mistborn would also mess with lylo… 

is there any way to tell what’s happening?

So if there are 4 elims, then we have a Thug or a Mistborn that drew pewter or steel

I find it unlikely that the elims would leave us with a Mistborn, so I'm guessing we have a Thug.

Has anyone noticed signs of a mistborn? All I can think of is when Mippo said honor was mistborn, but I thought that was just a misunderstanding, plus that would mean they’re both Elims and we didn’t see that day 3… so I’m not sure if we have one

I feel like 3 elims is unlikely because that makes winning for them too difficult but I'm not sure. I looked at the win condition again and elim win condition is to eliminate all villagers, so if there's 4, there probably is something that makes that conclusion not yet guaranteed

If I'm right, there's a Village Thug. If TUO's not lying, it's him.

So we probably lose anyway, as long as the elims don't hit the Thug.

The chances of there being another coinshot on either team are negligible.

I had a thought (I know, I know). We could have a chance, even without a Mistborn or a Thug. If all the elims vote one of us tomorrow and we all vote one of the elims tomorrow, then the Soother could Soothe an elim vote and then it'd be a coin flip. This means that we have a 50% chance of losing, even if we find out who the elims are (LG109 flashbacks), so it isn't much better than the Village Thug world.

These are the two worst-case scenarios I can think of.

looking thru the roles quickly, if elims took mistborn (cuz the riot), Lurcher (cuz villa coinshot) and soother (cuz soothe) then there aren’t enough points for them to remove or steal thug which would make TUO our thug, unless someone wants to counter claim- do it now

Yeah… so whatever is interfering with what happened, it means we have a chance for tomorrow’s vote. So it’s possible it comes down to who the Elims kill tonight, but there’s no point worry about that because we can’t do anything about it.

So the other options are we have either a V!Mistborn or V!soother.

if it’s a V!Mistborn or coinshot, I really hope they hit an Elim, but there’s nothing I can do about that. Which leaves the V!soother option. In that case, we need to all know who we’re voting tomorrow

So, my current reads:

TUO - suspicious, simply for being alive . If he really is a Thug, maybe the elims got wind of it (Mistborn drawing bronze, perhaps?) and decided to not exe him. Slight e!lean.

IHAT -  Also a bit suspicious, but he's been helpful and I'm in the same situation as Doc here. I'm willing to trust him. Neutral.

Divergent/Storm - V!lean, just from vibes. Don't have much else.

Alvron - E!lean, also from vibes.

Stick - Slight v!lean, also just from vibes.

Mippo - V!lean, probably bias, but he strikes me as one trying to actually solve the game. Feels a little too collected for his first game. Elim coaching? But I feel like the most likely case is that he is just handling SE way better than me on my first game. Might have to do with the fact that he's played normal Mafia before.

Honor's Ghost - V!lean, from vibes. Also might be bias.

I don't have much concrete here. I am weary, however, of the last second Doc hammer. @Stick., @Ookla the Broken, what made you believe TUO?

It didn’t occur to me not to. It was last second, I thought we were at Lylo, and if we hit a thug we’d have been screwed(or so I thought) so I didn’t think and just frantically typed it out because I really didn’t want to mess that up…. Which we did…
