In chapter 28 or 29, when Shallan was talking about the oathgates, I believe she described them as Inkspren at the side. Is it than confirmed? They are at least partialy ones?

Yes, it was confirmed in previous chapters, when Shallan and Adolin were in Shadesmar and were talking to Azish Oathgate spren, Shallan said both of them are Inkspren. I'll try to find the quote, but can't remember which chapter it was.

Edit: Found it, that was fast. WaT ch 12:

Quote

A moment later, Shallan and Drehy hovered to eye level with the pitch-black spren. Her coat rippled as she hung, toes pointed down, smaller than just this massive spren’s head. Behind her, the white one was staring out across the beads. In the direction of the army.

Best they could tell, these were both transformed inkspren. Like the smaller inkspren she’d seen, the one before her had a faint sheen to it—a mother-of-pearl luminescence, like oil on water.

From Chapter 31:

Quote

Radiant looked around, hoping for some sign of the Ghostbloods. Here near the tower, the ten Oathgates manifested as tall pillars—each with its own set of lofty inkspren.

I think people had guessed inkspren based on some clues. The big one for me was that inkspren are said to be able to become any size from a dust particle to something massive. Plus, well ... their order.

This kinda opens up a cool question, do we think theres multiple colors of inkspren

I suspect it has to do with the Nature of what Inkspren are:

I forgot about your theory! It's one of my favorites out there, and it ties in so nicely with the themes of spren and Honor being stagnant vs. human's ability to grow and change.
