the resonance of having two spren bond of the order of lightweavers is to be able to enter the spiritual realm, or access fortune I still don't understand, but what would be the resonances of the other orders having more than one spren

My guess is that she can access the spiritual realm because she is the child of a herald.

While I agree that she is, I don't agree that this would have any effect. Shallan has been effected because all of these aspects of Roshar are interested in her because her mom is a herald (skybreakers, two spren, potentially an unmade) but I dont think she intrinsically gained / lost anything from a herald mom. Like she was biologically a normal Rosharan human at birth.

My expectation is that it's the same sort of shenanigans that results in Compounding on Scadrial; but it's the "same" Connection twice (Nahel bond).

 

Could be an amplification of the Connection causing Shallan to touch other Capital letter aspects in the Cosmere (Fortune namely?)

I sort of view this as what happened in the original Mist Born series. You had savants ( I think that was the name) it broke things. Like how the Steel Inquisitors were able to do stuff regular mistborn couldn't. I imagine double bonds similarly break stuff. Nale is the other example of this, although we haven't seen it.

Perhaps it is similar to the difference between adhesion for bondsmiths and windrunners. A bondsmith can do everything the windrunners have shown so far with that surge but can additonally access more spiritual aspects of it.

The additional bond for shallan is giving a deeper connection to the surges allowing her to access to more spiritual manifistations.

At the end of oathbringer I think I remember Jasnah mentioning Shallan's illusions having a bit of substance to them like she was partially using soulcasting as well. I wonder if that is something all lightweavers can do or just Shallan

I think its tough to create a pattern off of only one example but it is a good question. I think a fair assumption is they could all manifest as spiritual aspects or an increased connection to the spiritual realm but that might not be the case for all orders.

 I think it would be interesting if the resonance influenced some aspect of their order outside of their surges. At first glance, I wouldn't suggest that glimpses into the spirutual realm or increased fortune are related to transformation or illumination. It does seem to be in bounds for an magic artist though. So I wonder if the resonance will be more abstract but fit the tone of each order. This makes it hard to predict and I am likely wrong

Edgedancer - some ability like hoid to be in the right place or right time, to find people who need to be listened to, maybe something to do with using progression on animals? That would match the tone as with progression they are the more "nature" based order 

Windrunner - people find them more trusting? Maybe like a connection ferring because of double spiritual adhesion? 

Skybreaker - No clue, potentially could look to Nale because of his bond + honorblade but I would not be surprised if that is a different case)

Elsecaller - maybe increased memory like a coppermind to help them make logical decisions?

I wonder if double-bonded abilities are tied to an order's resonance. We know that the lightweaver resonance is the ability to memorize things via art and shallan's double bond makes that art even better (although in a completely different way).

This line of theorizing isn't especially useful as we don't know many order resonances but the windrunner resonance is a greater number of squires. I wonder if that just means that they have even more squires than a normal radiant or much like shallan it specifically taps into spiritual realm stuff. I could see windrunners subconsciously manipulating connection, perhaps making them seem more commanding, and charismatic and those around them are much more likely to listen to them.
