Oh yeah, also I probably have OCD (undiagnosed but my siblings and friends all agree with me), so that causes problems.

Same, it sucks

I have arachnophobia (fear of spiders) and the fear that someone will read my mind (anyone know what that’s called?)

that’s all I can think of rn

Ummm so I looked it up and all that came up for fear for mind readers was... OCD. Checks out, I guess. (I also have that fear 😬)

Megalohydrothalassophobia:

 fear of underwater creatures/objects.

Edit:

Entomophobia:

 fear of bugs

OCD related ones (I’m not sure whether or not I have it)

Dirty drinking water and harming others (mentally or physically).

weird little squirmy things. Not bugs necessarily, cus I like ants and grasshoppers and spiders and other bugs like that, but like maggots and larva and worms and slugs. Also jellyfish. Idk what the name for that is, but it is extremely uncomfortable to the point of gagging if I see any. Worms are just...*shudders* no.

I would say it's a phobia, but I have no idea what it would be called.

is there such thing as a phobia of hurting (physically and/or emotionally) someone when you're angry?

I totally forgot that, I'm definitely absolutely terrified of that.

Idk if there's a name though

I will say, keep in mind that just because you have symptoms of one things, doesn't mean you have it. I already know I have OCD.

But if you already know you have it... yeah.

I have fear of sharp, pointy objects oriented towards my face. Like, I had my dad as a teacher once, so we had to put the chairs up on the desks upside-down every day before we left, and it freaked both of us out that we'd get our eyes poked out by the chair legs.

I have an intense irrational fear of people looking at me, as well as taking pictures/recording me

You are not the only one (at least the pictures/recording).

In the 90's, I considered it money-well-spent when a (drunk?) jerk in the barracks knocked on my door at midnight to snap a picture without permission as I opened the door (I was getting known for avoiding pictures). Without a thought I snatched the camera from his hand and hurled it into the wall (I thought at the time it was a cheap disposable - it wasn't) - and the whiney jerk cried over the other photos he lost).

The Executive Officer made me pay for the broken camera - but nobody ever tried that stunt again. . .

*Note: I do not recommend destruction of property as a solution to problems (but I do recommend making sure others know where your boundaries are). Later in life it was much easier to make sure friends and coworkers knew I was uncomfortable if they pointed their devices my way and that I would report harrassment if they took my picture or recorded me without permission.

I must have scopophobia, or the fear of being watched or noticed, because being forgotten about would be like a dream to me. Even still, I hope no one forgets you, strmblsd, because you are just plain awesome.
