Since the fish can only blub, the Nightwatcher grants its wish of having a human that can breathe underwater and speak to it. The bane is that the fish suddenly has a strong dislike of the taste of bugs.

This is assuming that the bubble only covers their head: Granted, but the air permeable bubble only lets in air and creates a zone of exclusion for everything else, including biological matter, decapitating or mutilating whoever you create that bubble for

This is assuming the bubble covers their entire body: granted, but the dismiss mechanism actually utilizes a touch-based system located on the outside of the bubble. Meaning, if you use the bubble on yourself, the mechanism for switching it off will be outside of the bubble and since only you can switch it off, you will be forced to spend the rest of your days in complete silence

Alternatively, the bubble stops sound but magnifies light to the point that it instantly fries whoever's inside it.

 

Now for my wish: I want the ability to grant wishes

(if that breaks the game/ too meta/ is not permissible) then:

I want to be able to pass on my wish to someone else of my choosing without any accompanying curse component or anything else making the wish ironic.

Can I get another wish? I already granted someone else's wish and asked for one myself. But since I'm granting another wish, I can make another wish again, right?

I want some free stuff: free internet (no banned sites, unlimited data), free food (according to my taste and no poison, please) free clothing (fashionable but not too avant-garde), free mansions (yes, plural and no monsters or deathtraps inside)
