Once his spirit and his body were separated, Roy and the light spirit could fully combine into one entity. Neither Roy nor light. They became something better. Something united. A name floated to the surface of their consciousness. Helios. That which is fire and light. 
 

helios opened their metaphorical eyes and began to look for darkness. They immediately started following after darkness through several minutes had passed and Helios had not yet become used to this shared form yet.

Thaidakar stopped in midair abruptly, going to the ground to stand there. He grabbed the walls with both hands and shot energy through them. The energy threw itself into the floor, ripping it up into a wall between Bookwyrm and Thaidakar. He leapt up and kept flying

Darkness settled on the name Quinn, a shortened version of Quintessence. The human body had subdued the ancient dark somewhat; Quinn was unused to it. It left him vulnerable, although the dark void that had inhabited the vessel was in full control, and that was not changing any time soon.

Quinn looked exactly like Roy, except the previously-normal-colored eyes were now a fiery orange. 

He went over to Pic, the worthy, Lundyn, the curious one, and Aventine, the one who had an atonement closest to what Quinn had.

"Hello," Quinn greeted them, extending a hand, "Do any of you need help?"

He cringed at his own voice, since it probably sounded nothing like Roy's, but nonetheless, the intentions were pure in his statement. He just wanted to exist. Maybe the ancient darkness finally got what it wanted.

helios started to wisper into the ears of pic, lundyn and aventine. "that is not roy. not anymore at least..."

Bookwyrm quickly slowed down to avoid crashing. Then he slashed at the wall, many times in quick succession, before sending a burst of energy through it, causing it to collapse.

I need a plan, he thought. There's nothing I can say that will get him to listen to me.

But I have no idea where he's going, or what he's going to do.

where to begin? i stole the light half of this creature before you. in retaliation it stole my body allowing both roy's spirit and the light spirit to fuse into this current form. helios.

not roy? they are part of us. they are the light spirit. half of the quintessence. the imposter before you is dark spirit. the other half of the quintessence. they have somehow possessed roy's body though it does limit them somehow.

My magic is based on the metals I ingest. I don't have a store at all right now, and what I did before changing forms... if I do that again, I might rip apart the Greater Multiverse, so I can't do that either.
